Jada Davis, 2023 5-5, North Union- This girl will rebound and get every loose ball she can get. Hustling is her thing, along with getting second-chance buckets. I enjoyed watching her take open shots from everywhere and being patient while doing it. She still has another year of improvement with already making her mark as a junior. Excited to see her hard work pay off more!
Ava Turner, 2023 5-7, Fort Loramie- Turner can put you to work in the high post and post area. She works hard rebounding and getting most of her points from second-chance opportunities. While taking her one dribble to the basket on the way there she can create contact to get to the foul line to hit free throws. She is very aggressive and strong with the ball and even without the ball.
Abby Yukon, 2023 5-8, Grahm- She is a decent three-point shooter, she can also bring with her the ability to drive to the rack with how aggressive she is. She puts in a lot of work getting second-chance buckets off her teammate’s shots. With Yukon being a returning all-district player, she will continue to work hard on the off-season to come back next year even better than where she left off.
Olivia Mescher, 2023 5-7, Fort Loramie- Mescher can do it all with already a loaded Loramie team. As she brings the ball up the court for the Redskins she can also get inside and put you to work with her post moves. I love the way she can surprise you with a big three-point shot and also anything in between that. I am very impressed with how hard she works, and the talent she brings to the team!
