Smooth shooter, who's range is deep. Opposing teams often face guard her, but she still figures out ways to put the ball in the basket! She reads passes so well, which result in easy transition points. Her length, knowledge of the game, and sharp shooting makes her difficult to stop. <img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-356335" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pgh/uploads/2021/11/IMG_4859-300x278.jpeg" alt="" width="300" height="278" /> <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="269731" first="Alexia" last="Gartner"]- SG/PG, 2022, Watkins Memorial H.S.: </strong>Gartner plays hard, on both ends of the court. It doesn’t matter who she is guarding, she battles, all game. Nice outside shot, handles the ball well, and weaves between defenders, and sets her teammates up for easy buckets. No problem rebounding, or picking pockets. <strong>Jenna Horsley- SG, 2022, Teays Valley H.S.: </strong>This future Capital University guard is going to shine at the next level!  Athletic, high basketball IQ, and knows where to re-locate for open shots. She is a walking bucket, can hit from downtown, nail pull up jumpers, and no problem going coast to coast on transition. She’s a leader! <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="217322" first="Kennedy" last="Younkin"]- C,PF, 2024, Teays Valley H.S.:  </strong>(<em>Below, #21) </em>As a coach, there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing a player continue to grow, mature, and develop, and Kennedy is doing all of that! She’s got game, and the sky is truly the limit! Her footwork is strong, makes shots with contact, hustles, and plays under control.
