Final 2022 Rankings: Biggest Risers (Part 2)

With the regular season winding down, the high school basketball careers of the class of 2022 are also nearing a close. With our final rankings update for 2022, we had a lot of movement throughout the class and finished at 111 ranked players for 2022. Here’s a look at some of the biggest movers with this final update. [player_tooltip player_id="154515" first="Shelby" last="Stewart"], Corbin (73-->39) - Stewart has shown that she is a three level scorer and one of the most reliable shooters in the 13th region. Over the length of her career, Shelby has proven more than deserving of all of her career accolades and graduates Corbin as the all time leading scorer in school history. [player_tooltip player_id="388808" first="Jacie" last="Chesser"], Anderson County (unranked-->40) - Chesser is a player who we have flat out missed up until now. Over the past few seasons, Jacie has been a big part of Anderson County's terrific run atop the 8th region and has them in the mix to cut the nets down at Rupp next month. [player_tooltip player_id="296720" first="Olivia" last="Kaufman"], Sacred Heart (89-->42) - Sacred Heart is so balanced and loaded with talent that it's hard for individual players to stand out but Kaufman has shown herself to be a versatile player over her career and it wouldn't be surprising if she has better individual stats in college than she did high school. [player_tooltip player_id="320856" first="Tania" last="Woodall"], Bryan Station (70-->47) - Tania is one of the most valuable players in the 11th region and does a little bit of everything for the Lady Defenders. Woodall is capable of scoring the ball at every level on offense and locking up multiple positions on the defensive end. [player_tooltip player_id="106156" first="Abigail" last="Embry"], CAL (84-->48) - Embry is another player who has been part of a loaded and balanced roster for her entire high school career. Abigail is known for her ability to lockdown on the defensive end but she is also an effective offensive weapon who is dependable as a shooter from deep as well as scoring at the rim.
