Her feet are set, hands are ready, and there’s no hesitation. She’s a bucket, and can launch anywhere from behind the arc. Makes smart decisions, active hands and feet, and moves the ball around well.
Meghan Mayotte Meghan Mayotte 5'10" | SF Worthington Chrisian | 2023 State OH – 5’8, 2023, Worthington Christian H.S.: Excellent basketball IQ, she moves so well without the ball- love her drives to the basket! She takes the rock in the lane with authority, makes with contact. Crafty handles, and makes beautiful decisions with the ball while in the air. Pretty passer- creates easy baskets for her teammates. And her outside shooting- so good! Give her the basketball, because she can go!
Ellie Vaccari- 5’7, 2022, Dublin Coffman H.S.: (Below, passing ball) Ellie plays all out, every position, on both ends of the court. She flat out goes to work, knows how to stop opponents, sacrifices her body with charges, and is all about the team. Offensively, she can get on a role real fast. Can hit anywhere from downtown, great muscle memory! No problem penetrating and delivering in traffic.
Taylor Covington- 5’8, 2022, Dublin Coffman H.S.: She is the general! What a floor leader for this Coffman team, understands when to push the ball, and when to slow down and set up the offense. Great attention to detail on the defensive end, and has the courage to make the big plays. Covington is tough to contain, gets to the rim, and has such a smooth shooting touch. (Featured Photo, #2)
Kimora Perkins- 5’4, Gahanna Lincoln H.S.: (Below with basketball) Perkins has motor that never slows down. I’ve been so impressed by her defense, how she disrupts opposing teams because she’s simply not afraid to play true textbook defense. Strong handles, makes difficult drives to the basket with control, and can knock down shots from outside.
