We put out a poll to predict who would win the 1A – 7A FHSAA State Champions. With all seven classifications being crowned champions this weekend, let’s take a look at how our subscribers predictions went.
7A Champion: Dr. Phillips (Defeated Miami Sr. HS 47-45)
Yeah! 38% of you guessed correctly! Great job!!
6A Champion: St. Thomas Aquinas (Defeated Wekiva 59-45)
Yeah! 50% of you guessed correctly! Great job!!
5A Champion: American Heritage (Defeated Bishop Moore 69-31)
Yeah! 33% of you guessed correctly! Great job!!
4A Champion: Lake Highland Prep (Defeated Calvary Christian 75-57)
Boo! While the majority of you (30%) took Calvary Christian, but 20% of you guessed correctly selecting Lake Highland Prep!
3A Champion: Westminster Academy (Defeated Cardinal Mooney 44-41)
Yeah! 25% of you guessed correctly! Great job!!
2A Champion: Miami Christian (Defeated Faith Christian 66-59)
Yeah! 50% of you guessed correctly! Great job!!
1A Champion: Ponce De Leon (Defeated Wildwood 39-38)
Boo! No one took Ponce De Leon but they won anyway!!!
Congratulations to all the state champions. The FHSAA 2021-22 Girls Basketball season was a huge success and it was a great week crowning 7 State Champions. Thanks to all those that participated and voted!! Stay tuned for more polls.
