Week 11’s Top Performers!

<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">[player_tooltip player_id="353690" first="Kiiyani" last="Anitielu"]-</span> 5’7 Guard "Farmington" Class of 2022</p> <p style="text-align: left;">Farmington star [player_tooltip player_id="353690" first="Kiiyani" last="Anitielu"] was in the zone this past Saturday February 5th. She scored 36 points vs District rival Sandia High School. Her scoring and shooting helped Farmington defeat Sandia 65-55. Farmington is now 21-2 this season and 5-1 in district play.</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">[player_tooltip player_id="353683" first="Juliana" last="Aragon"]-</span> 5’5 Point Guard "Bernalillo" Class of 2022</p> <p style="text-align: left;">Bernalillo defeated Del Norte 69-25 and [player_tooltip player_id="353683" first="Juliana" last="Aragon"] led the way. She scored 27 points on 9/13 shooting from the field, shot 4/6 from three and 5/6 from the free throw line. She also had 8 assists in the teams victory. Bernalillo is now 21-0 this season.</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">[player_tooltip player_id="353744" first="Denice" last="Ryan"]-</span> 5’2 Point Guard "Highland" Class of 2022</p> <p style="text-align: left;">[player_tooltip player_id="353744" first="Denice" last="Ryan"] went over the 1,000 career points milestone this past week in her high school career. This past Tuesday February 1st, she scored 15 points on 7/15 shooting from the field,  grabbed 6 rebounds and dished 6 assists. Her play helped Highland defeat Valencia 57-28. Highland is 15-5 this season.</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Alyce Apachito-</span> 5’11 Center "To’Haijilee" Class of 2023</p> <p style="text-align: left;">To’Haijilee defeated Pine Hill 59-49 this past Friday February 4th. Alyce scored 17 points to lead her school to victory. This season she is averaging 16.1 points per game which ranks 10th in New Mexico. To’Haijilee is 11-3 this season.</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">[player_tooltip player_id="353923" first="Ema" last="Rose"]-</span> Forward "Gadsden" Class of 2023</p> <p style="text-align: left;">[player_tooltip player_id="353923" first="Ema" last="Rose"] scored 25 points this past Tuesday February 1st which led Gadsden to a 53-43 victory over Deming. This season [player_tooltip player_id="353923" first="Ema" last="Rose"] is averaging 15.1 points per game and 9.3 rebounds per game. Gadsden is 15-7 this season.</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">[player_tooltip player_id="353745" first="Alexis" last="Sandoval"]-</span> 5’5 Point Guard "Goddard" Class of 2022"</p> <p style="text-align: left;">Goddard defeated Artesia 51-48 this past Friday February 4th. [player_tooltip player_id="353745" first="Alexis" last="Sandoval"] scored 22 points on 8/13 shooting from the field, shot 4/8 from the three point line, grabbed 7 rebounds and had 3 steals. Goddard is now 12-9 this season.</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">[player_tooltip player_id="353747" first="Mackenzie" last="Williams"]-</span> 5’4 Point Guard "Hatch Valley" Class of 2022</p> <p style="text-align: left;">Hatch Valley defeated Socorro 58-53 this past Tuesday February 1st. Mackenzie scored 21 points on 4/10 shooting from the field, grabbed 4 rebounds and dished out 5 assists. Hatch Valley is now 11-7 this season.</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">[player_tooltip player_id="357673" first="Eva" last="Love"]-</span> 5’10 Shooting Guard "La Cueva" Class of 2024</p> <p style="text-align: left;">This past Saturday February 5th, [player_tooltip player_id="357673" first="Eva" last="Love"] helped lead La Cueva to a 79-53 district win vs West Mesa. She scored a game high 18 points to help La Cueva improve to 16-4 this season. This season she is averaging 12.8 points per game and 4.1 rebounds per game.</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Lila Ashida-</span> 5’8 Shooting Guard "Las Cruces" Class of 2023</p> <p style="text-align: left;">This past Tuesday February 1st, Las Cruces defeated Organ Mountain 61-54. Lila Ashida scored 24 points on 8/12 shooting from the field, and shot 6/7 from three point range. Las Cruces is now 16-6 this season.</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Leah Valdez-</span> Guard "Bernalillo" Class of 2024</p> <p style="text-align: left;">Leah Valdez helped Bernalillo stay undefeated with her play this past Friday February 4th. She scored 15 points on 6/13 shooting from the field and shot 3/8 from three point range. Bernalillo defeated Del Norte 69-25. Leah is averaging 12.3 points per game this season.</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">[player_tooltip player_id="353694" first="Natalia" last="Chavez"]-</span> 5’9 Shooting Guard "Volcano Vista" Class of 2022</p> <p style="text-align: left;">Volcano Vista defeated Atrisco Heritage 64-24 this past Monday January 31st. [player_tooltip player_id="353694" first="Natalia" last="Chavez"] scored 22 points on 9/17 shooting from the field and shot 4/11 from three point range. She is averaging 16.2 points per game this season which ranks 9th in New Mexico. Gabby had a nice game scoring 13 points on 6/10 shooting from the field and grabbed 8 rebounds off the glass. She is averaging 11.4 points per game and 8.5 rebounds per game this season. Bernalillo is 21-0 this season.</p>
