2024 Stockrisers-Part 1

With a couple years of working hard to improve their game, these ladies have already made their skills show on the court. The attributes they bring on the floor is outstanding, bright future ahead for each and every one of them! <strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">[player_tooltip player_id="217318" first="Jamisyn" last="Stinson"], 5-9 Thornville Sheridan (moves up from #17 to #12)- </span></strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Every time Stinson <em>(featured image)</em> steps on the court, this talented guard improves! Stinson is a scorer with a lightning-quick release, especially from the three-point range. She’s fluid in transition and plays a defensive game. I love how calm she is on the court, how well she handles the ball, and how her length gives her an edge on both ends of the court. A strong player with a promising future!</span> <span data-preserver-spaces="true"> </span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">[player_tooltip player_id="280088" first="Journey" last="Hildebrand"], 5-11 Brunswick (moves up from #16 to #13)-</span></strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true"> She offers a strong physical presence to the game of basketball, and she can finish around the rim and collect multiple rebounds for putbacks. She is a multi-player with talent who can shoot from the outside and score mid-range. She also places a heavy burden on the opposition team. She will find herself in the heart of the paint and push hard on the offensive players. She is a ballplayer to keep an eye on.</span> <span data-preserver-spaces="true"> </span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">[player_tooltip player_id="217341" first="Isabella" last="Callaway"] 5-7 Akron Hoban (moves up from #18 to #15)- </span></strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">As a great floor leader, she has a high IQ and can score in a variety of ways; she attacks the rim, can shoot the pull-up from mid-range, and has mastered the three-point shot. Even at the two-guard position, she can cause even more havoc on the wing because she has excellent court vision and understands how to manage a game. </span> <span data-preserver-spaces="true"> </span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">[player_tooltip player_id="280101" first="Chelsea" last="Evanich"] 5-10 Alliance Marlington (moves up from #24 to #23)- </span></strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">She is a versatile player who can play both inside and outside and is difficult to defend. She can grab steals and score on the other end while playing great help-side defense. Offensively, her shot is very smooth and quick, and she can relocate very well to get an open shot. </span> <span data-preserver-spaces="true"> </span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">[player_tooltip player_id="280104" first="Katie" last="Puletti"], 5-8 Gilmour Academy (moves up from #28 to #27)- </span></strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Katie has excellent game awareness and makes excellent passes to her teammates. She’s comfortable shooting from both inside and outside the three-point line. Her enthusiasm shines through in every play, ensuring that she gives it her all throughout the game. What sets her apart as a player is her defensive pressure.</span>
