Angie’s 2022 Newcomers- Part 1

<strong>Chloe Jeffers- 5'10, SG, Delaware Hayes: </strong>I'm not sure where to begin with Chloe! What a career she's had for Delaware! She's been a nightmare for the longest time for opponents, because of her all- around game! Shooters shoot, and Jeffers is one of the best at knocking down shots! Not only can she nail shots from anywhere, she knows how to involve her teammates. Very high basketball IQ- she's going to do great things for Butler University! <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="400141" first="Ajia" last="Schreffler"]-5'11, PF/C, New Philadelphia: </strong>Ursuline has a great one coming their way! With her height and strength, I love the defensive presence she has inside. Her hands are always up and active, which result in defensive stops. Her hands are like magnets when it comes to rebounding. She's got some pretty inside moves, and knows how to put the ball in the basket with authority. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="400131" first="Alyssa" last="Gest"]- 5'6, SG, Upper Arlington: </strong>Gest, who recently signed with Kenyon, has the skills to pay the bills! She's a tough one to stop, particularly from behind the arc. When her feet are set, watch out! Knows how to get herself open for solid looks. Defensively, she gets after it, not providing much breathing room for opponents. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="400151" first="Abi" last="Lammers"]- 5'6, PG, Miller City: </strong>Lammers can play this game, very very well- she's a double-double, on top of hounding opponents with her stellar defense. Abi is one of the best at picking pockets- and once this happens, it results in buckets. The player of the year for her conference, put up outstanding stats, with 21.1ppg, 12.7 rebounds, 4.4 steals, and 4.1 assists.  Her shooting is so consistent! <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="400132" first="Alysia" last="Lawson"]- 5'8, SG/PG, Toledo Bowsher: </strong>Lawson is 5'8, but let me tell you, she plays like she is over 6'0, with the way she takes the ball to the bucket! I love her strength, how she protects the ball with her body, and muscles her way to make shots with contact. She knows how to capitalize on fast breaks, and can hit from anywhere outside. Lawson plays under control, and lets the game come to her. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="400155" first="Grace" last="Lyon"]- 6'1, C, Fairless: </strong>Lyon is without question a player you want on your team! At 6'1, to have a player who can hurt teams inside the paint, and from outside- that's a nightmare assignment for anyone to try to stop! She has a beautiful shot, loves to attack the boards, and she pushes the ball with her quick outlet passes for transition. West Liberty University has a gem in this young lady!
