An AMAZING 5-hour event filled with game-like drills, 1v1, 3v3, and 4-5 games of full-court basketball. The talent in the building was top tier. Many of the participants had early morning travel ball practice before the showcase but still showed up to put their skills on show.

’24 [player_tooltip player_id="349221" first="Persais" last="Williams"] | 5’10 Wing | Bolingbrook
Full of energy and hustle. Williams covers so much ground in her strides.. especially going downhill. Her aggressive mindset allows her to score at will, but also create plays.. because her finishing ability makes the defense collapse immediately. She can score at all 3 levels, and defend 1-4 with no problem. Her athletic ability is top tier, especially in her class. Quick, fast and can challenge all shots just based on her vertical. She's the enforcer and the do-it-all player for any program... and she embraces it. ’25 [player_tooltip player_id="335792" first="Aria" last="Mazza"] | 5’5 Combo Guard | Conant The freshman guard from Conant is in an elite class of some of the best freshman in the state. Her IQ, feel for the game and just overall skill set does not match her youth whatsoever. Offensively and defensively... she's a lot for anyone to deal with. Mazza can score effortlessly at all levels, she's more than a willing facilitator, and has a never-quit type of motor.. on both ends. Her potential is sky-high. ’24 [player_tooltip player_id="265959" first="Grace" last="Gambotz"] | 5’8 Guard | Mother McCauley Skilled, smooth, and fancy... Gambotz style of play can fill seats no matter where she's at. She plays the game to win.. her craftiness is more for her teammates to score than her. Behind the back passes, no-look passes, and needle threaders. Her scoring is on the same level as her playmaking ability. A three-level scorer.. who will get hot the moment her teammates get going. She's patient ad plays the game with great tempo and pace. ’25 [player_tooltip player_id="361353" first="Sofia" last="Corral"] | 5’9 Guard | Aurora Central Size and skillset wise.. you'd never think Sofia was a freshman. High athleticism, high confidence, and just as crafty as they come. She can create her shot from any angle and is money from the mid to the paint. She can take and knock down the outside shot if needed, and will definitely make you pay if left open. Corral has solid IQ and can make plays for any and everyone. Her style is plug-and-play. Huge upside. ’24 [player_tooltip player_id="335718" first="Hannah" last="Meyers"] | 5’6 Guard | York The size has nothing to do with how Hannah plays. She's tough, competitive, and will get to the basket at will if your defense isn't on point. Defensively she has that same tough-minded attitude. Her strong frame matched with her speed, quickness, and size allows her to cause havoc on everyone defensively. She's a true all-around guard that can play and fit into any system. ’23 [player_tooltip player_id="361749" first="Campbell" last="Schrank"] | 5’10 Wing | Winnebago Easily one of the most versatile players on the court at all times. Schrank's ability to create her shot from all 3 levels is very impressive. Her feel for the game allows her to completely take over within any type of offense. From the 3? Automatic. On the drive? Shifty and creative. Her IQ is high, and her strength on both sides of the boards needs to be noticed as well. Defensively, every position is guardable for her. A coaches dream type of player. '24 Elle Bruschuk | 6’0 Wing | Willowbrook Lengthy and secretly strong. Elle's frame separates her from the pack immediately. Offensively, she can handle the ball, make plays, and score from the mid and three with no problem. Her length, poise and patience allow her to get to her spot at will. Her ability to score in the paint is noticed as well.. she has great footwork to score around the defense and not through. She's active on the boards and that's on both sides. Defensively, her length and awareness play a key role as well. Tremendous upside. ’23 Bella Kedryna | 5’10 Combo Guard | Lemont Elite skillset mixed with high energy on both sides on the floor. Defensively, her athleticism and IQ is what really puts her in another category.. but it was her constant communication with her teammates during a "pickup game" that stood out the most. Whenever there was movement, she was vocal. Offensively, there's not much she can't do. A three-level scorer, strong and creative ball-handler, and an off-ball problem. Crazy potential. ’24 Gabi Bednar | 5’6 Guard | Providence Catholic Strong and quick. On the drive, Gabi is an issue. She can bulldoze her way in.. bounce off and finish through contact with no problem. She's active on the boards and even more active on the defensive side of the ball. She stays balanced and shows great awareness. On the other side of the ball, she's a threat as well, especially from beyond the arc. She will take and make big shots. Bednar has solid IQ and awareness.
