*Class of 2023 guard [player_tooltip player_id="200722" first="Kaylee" last="King"] of Ellington scored her 2,000th career point in the Lady Whippets’ victory over New Haven in the Class 2 state quarterfinals last Saturday.
<h5>Pauley and Hambelton Finish Stellar Careers</h5>
*Class of 2022 guard [player_tooltip player_id="107971" first="Cady" last="Pauley"] of Milan finished her spectacular career with 3.074 points.
*Class of 2022 guard Cassidy Hambelton of Dora finished her stellar career with 2,716 points.
<h5>The 1,500-Point Club</h5>
*There were three players from different parts of the state who scored their 1,500th career points on the same night in postseason competition. They were Class of 2022 [player_tooltip player_id="168748" first="Anna" last="Finley"] of Owensville, Class of 2022 [player_tooltip player_id="107979" first="Macie" last="Conway"] of Nixa and Class of 2022 [player_tooltip player_id="107991" first="Avery" last="Oetting"] of Hallsville.
*Also joining the 1,500-point club was Class of 2022 guard Riley Arnold of Blue Eye.
