She was a transfer from Minnesota and has decided to stay in South Dakota for her college ball, committing to SDSU. She translates to an off-guard that can handle the ball easily as well. Katie has range from three and can turn on the jets to get to the rim.
#2 Emilee Fox Emilee Fox 5'8" | CG Mt.Vernon/Plankinton | 2024 State SD – 5’8 G 2024 – Mt. Vernon – The SDSU commit is known for her ability to light it up in the scoring department. Elite ball-handling and shooting ability. Her best asset is her ability to create her own shot off the dribble. An elite passer to round out her diverse skill-set. At the PGH Live event this offseason, she scored the ball at an elite level against top competition in the Midwest and beyond. For Mt. Vernon, she gets major defensive attention from her opponents, and I’ve seen her get the rare treatment of a double-teaming face-guard.
#3 Claire Sheppard Claire Sheppard 6'1" | SF Flandreau | 2024 State SD – 6’1 G/Wing 2024 – Flandreau – A Division 1 prospect that translates to a wing, Claire is long with a three-point jumper. She has been developing through the SD Attack program, to have a good combination of skill and length. She’s near a double-double average, scoring 16 points and grabbing 9 rebounds per game. I’m interested to see where she will commit to. She has an offer from the University of Nebraska.
Congrats to 2024 grad @csheppard05 of @FlandreauGBB on her scholarship offer from the @HuskersWBB! #AttackFamily #HardWorkWorks pic.twitter.com/RHk6nKccnp

#4 Mahli Abdouch Mahli Abdouch 5'7" | PG O'Gorman | 2024 State SD – 5’7 PG 2024 – O’Gorman – Mahli had a medical scare this offseason but she has put that behind her, and decided on committing to SDSU in Brookings. She is super-quick and has all the skills you can imagine. Gives 100% effort and is a true gym rat. Her ability to speed the ball up-court and stop-and-pop three-point jumpers is rare.
#5 Maggie Taylor Maggie Taylor 6'3" | C Hill City | 2024 State SD – 6’3 C 2024 – Hill City – Maggie has been rising up the rankings board, and is not looking back. She has great length with an athletic build. A soft shooting touch around the rim and beyond. She runs well and moves around the court without any issues because of her height. A solid post defender, not afraid of contact or putting a body on her opponent. Overall, Maggie gives solid and consistent effort, with her size and skill setting her apart as a prospect.
#8 Sawyer Stoebner Sawyer Stoebner 5'10" | CG Mitchell | 2024 State SD – 5’9 G 2024 – Mitchell – Sawyer is starting to handle the ball for Mitchell in her Sophomore season. She’s doing a great job at the point guard spot and is getting to the rim fairly easily. An elite rebounder for a guard. In any other classes in the state, she’s ranked higher.
#12 Hannah Leverson Hannah Leverson 5'4" | PG Sisseton | 2024 State SD – 5’4 PG 2024 – Sisseton – Hannah is one of the most skilled prospects in the state of South Dakota. You can tell she works on her game and her ball-skills endlessly. A legitimate handle on the ball. A low to the ground prospect with elite quickness and anticipation. Also, her three-point shooting ability is one of the tops in the state. Hannah has been slept on a little, but that is no longer the case.
#14 Peyton Tritz Peyton Tritz 5'6" | PG Waverly | 2024 State NE – 5’4 PG 2024 – Dakota Valley – Peyton is one of the quickest guards in the state, and accompanies her quickness with a lights-out three-ball and ball-handling skills. She has honed her skills in the offseason with the Nebraska Attack UAA program. Possesses elite lateral movement on the defensive side of the ball.
