Trista Brown Trista Brown 5'6" | SG Oakleaf | 2025 State FL (ECU Caswell 2025) had a good showing at Apache Memorial and her play even warranted “player of the game” accolades. She knocked down some threes and some midrange shots and also played well in the transition game. Brown also checked other boxes (rebound, assist, and steals) on the stat sheet and performed well at the point guard position. Brown’s performance garnered some interest from college coaches.
Abby Price Abby Price 5'11" | SG Westminster Academy | 2025 State FL (Team Knight 15U 3SSB) performed well at Apache Memorial. The Freshman guard has a nice shot and knows how to shoot the ball: She shoots the three with a lot of confidence, she has a great mid-range game, and she shoots well off the dribble or catch. Price had a 14-point and 11 rebound game and followed that double-double with a 13-point and 8 rebound game. Price has received praise and has been billed as one of the top freshmen in the State. She played like it at Apache Memorial. Price is no stranger to the big stage. The Freshman played for the Florida 3A State Champions, Westminster Academy.
Bri Behn ( Gulf Coast 2025). Behn was very productive at the showcase. She was very efficient in scoring at all levels on the court this past weekend. Behn is a very crafty player with the ball in her hand and during the Apache Memorial Showcase, she was able to get to the goal at a very high rate. She was good in the full-court defense, played passing lanes very well, and did a good job of reading defenders and stealing the ball.
Addison Ivery (Gulf Coast 2025). Ivery shot the ball extremely well over the weekend, and her “catch and shoot” game from behind the arc was very productive. She shot the ball at a very high percentage. Ivery was also very good on the defensive end, and her on-ball defense was smothering. She left little room for the opposing players to operate as she played some tough in-your-face defense. Ivery and Behn were also a great tandem when on the floor together.
Destiny Donaldson (ECU Caswell 2025) played well at Apache Memorial and averaged nearly 8 points and 6 rebounds per contest. College coaches expressed some interest in the lengthy Freshman. Donaldson played on the wings and in the small forward position on defense. Donaldson was energetic on both sides of the court and led the team in rebounds and particularly offensive rebounds. Donaldson ran the floor well and scored often in the transition game.
Janiya Swift Janiya Swift 5'7" | SG Central Florida Christian Academy | 2027 State FL (J Sizzle – Jalen Suggs 15U). Swift was an offensive standout at the Achache Memorial Showcase. Swift is a tall athletic shooting guard who can play the two and the three and has the physicality to bang with the fours. She showed nice handles, ran the floor well, and demonstrated a nice offensive skill set. Swift had a smooth shooting stroke and shot the long ball with ease. She also shot well from the midrange and had a good float game. Swift penetrated going left and right, and she was not afraid of drawing contact and going to the free-throw line. Defensively, Swift played in the passing lanes deflected passes, and created turnovers. Swift showed excellent hands and an ability to snag the ball out of the air on passes and interceptions.
