I have my own logic about this, my terminology is sometimes different yet the bottom line is I know what I’m not only talking about but looking at and again, I have a PETABYTE of memory so what does a BREAKOUT PLAYER mean, well it’s self-explanatory yet to simplify it. someone that has elevated their game, like Amaya Williams-5’7 SG (Eastwood HS) El Paso Lady Hurricanes 2023 has and showed as a Day 2 Top Performer yet here are some others Ti’ye Davis-5’4 PG (CE King HS) TNBA Houston 2023 Davis’s explosiveness is the key yet she finished strongly after the first step also saw the floor, and did a good job playing "on the ball" defense [player_tooltip player_id="197970" first="Kamilah" last="Gay"]-6’2 C (Garber HS) Team Griffin OK PwR 2023 Aeschelman Gay has the college-ready frame s well as height so her finishing after contact, as well as rebounding on both ends, yes she also scored off putbacks, are all nice [player_tooltip player_id="321746" first="Katie" last="Woodruff"]-5’8 SF (Canadian HS) Oklahoma Aces 2023 Knight Woodruff finished strongly, yes after contact and she also understands positioning which enabled her to outrebound taller players. Her deceptive first step also allowed her to score off the dribble [player_tooltip player_id="261739" first="Josalyn" last="Byrom"]-5’6 CG (Kellyville HS) Oklahoma Swift 2023 Byrom thinks the game and plays within herself yet she can flip the switch and score, either in the flow, off the dribble, or with the jumper but she also sees the floor well [player_tooltip player_id="331921" first="Madison" last="Keenan"]-5’8 SG (Jordan HS) Texas Cagers Select 2023 White Keenan scored both off the dribble as well as with the pull-up yet she also showed good timing to block shots as well as play the passing lane but her seeing the floor was nice as well Zhyan Mayes-5’6 CG (Muskogee HS) Playmaker Express 2023 Mayes is a long and athletic guard, length of arms helped with her playing the passing lane yet she also did a good job creating her shot for the jumper as well as scoring off the dribble Katy Piper-6’0 C (Holiday HS) Lone Star Magic 2023 Piper definitely did some damage on the inside, nice moves around the basket, even finished with either hand and her rebounding was solid yet she showed the pull-up jumper from midrange and I just SMH [player_tooltip player_id="197969" first="Kalayia" last="Johnson"]-5’9 SF (Holland Hall HS) Team Griffin Elite 2023 Wernli Johnson simply was overpowering on both ends, she goes hard to the basket off the dribble and rebounds with authority, her putbacks were nice, so was her defense [player_tooltip player_id="261745" first="Mackenzie" last="Forgione"]-6’1 C (Jenks HS) Team Griffin Select 2023 Cobbins Forgione just gets the job done, she has good size as well as body and she understands how to use it. She rebounded on both ends and scored on putbacks, after contact Jordyn Hernandez-6’0 SF (Burges HS) New Mexico Select 2023 [2024] Hernandez is long and athletic, that will ALWAYS be the base so her rebounding, on both ends, and ability to drop the mid to long-range are all definite pluses Miranda Garcia-5’6 PG Pro Skills San Antonio [2024] Garcia is heady, under control, and understands how to control the tempo. She handles the ball under pressure, sees the floor well yet she also can score both off the dribble and using the jumper
