Hailee Bauer-Wisconsin Blizzard
In one of the U14 games, I saw Bauer’s blizzard team e their opposition. All the Blizzard kids have versatility, but Bauer’s was the most intriguing. Bauer is a 5-foot-7 guard whose ability to defend kids taller than her, playmaking, and create havoc on defense make her an intriguing prospect.
Emily Vogel-Wisconsin Blizzard U15
It’s impossible to miss the talent that Vogel possesses. Although Vogel didn’t need to be at her best in the game I saw, you could see that she operates differently than her peers. She sees the floor well and understands how to get her teammates involved in a game.
Amaria Kejo-Wisconsin Blizzard U15
Few posts at Kejo’s age are as coordinated as she is. Kejo dominated the paint in the game I saw her play. Kejo finished in traffic with both hands and did an excellent job controlling the boards, especially on the defensive end, to help springboard their transition game.
Haley Reed Haley Reed 5'7" | PG Freedom | 2025 WI -Wisconsin Blizzard U15
Reed was the player that stood out to me because it felt like she forced a turnover every few times up the court. You couldn’t miss her impact unless you weren’t watching. Players like Reed make winning plays that don’t always involve scoring. I’m excited to see how she develops at Freedom.
Emily Sewell-Chapman Elite U14
I love players like Sewell. She’s a 5-foot guard, but just watching her play her game made me want to play harder, and I was sitting on the side of the court. Some kids need to be reminded by coaches to talk on defense and not take anything for granted. Sewell naturally does those things. It doesn’t matter if she plays at 5 pm or 5 am. Sewell will play every second like her last. I’m sure she will get the generic “too short” comments, but once coaches have her in the gym in high school, she might force her way onto the floor earlier than some think. Regardless she’s already one of my favorite ’26 kids.
Charlotte Wentworth-Chapman Elite U14
When I watched Wentworth, her game seemed like it would translate to high school well. She is strong enough to defend perimeter players and play well within a team’s defense. She still has plenty to work on, but she will be getting to high school with a solid base to build her game.
Lucy Paulson-Chapman Elite U14
It’s helpful for a player to play multiple positions, and I genuinely have no clue if Paulson is better as a lead or off-ball guard. She has the ability with the ball in her hand, and she’s comfortable moving off the ball. I didn’t see her best shooting game, but Paulson’s shot is one I have faith in moving forward.
Marti Rebman-Let it Rain 2026 Black
The future Edgerton guard is one of the most natural playmakers I’ve seen, regardless of age. Rebman understands the power she holds with the ball. Every time she touches the ball, there’s a visible edge that this group plays with because it’s clear that the team 100% trusts her. She will always get the best out of her teammates.
Audrey Meudt-Let it Rain 2026 Black
The future Waunakee guard/forward has all the physical tools to excel on the defensive end today. Meudt is a 5-foot-11 kid who is athletic as anyone. Once she gets used to the Warriors system, I imagine she will earn playing time early. As the high school scene loses one Meudt to graduation, we’re lucky to see another come through Waunakee.
Alexis Charbonneau Alexis Charbonneau 5'8" Mcfarland | 2025 WI -Let it Rain 2026 Black
It’s always nice to see a young player understand how to best help her team win. Charbonneau provides spacing with her shooting and high-level off-ball movement. As a 5-foot-9 guard, I’m sure she has some ability on the ball. Since this team has a playmaker like Rebman, she plays as an excellent off-ball guard to help maximize this team’s success. I would not be surprised to see her play a lot early on at McFarland next season.
Olivia Schneider Olivia Schneider 5'9" | PG Laurel School | 2026 OH -Let it Rain 2026 Black
Yet another future McFarland guard. Schneider has a knack for making plays on defense. She’s the kind of player teammates love and opposing teams hate. When she’s on the floor, her assignments will look to get off the ball as soon as possible. Any instance of lackadaisical dribbling will be fatal with Schneider anywhere near the scene.
Graycin Phillips-Let it Rain 2026 Black
Phillips is another future Waunakee Warrior. She has all the physical tools to assist an excellent defense. Phillips a rangy 5-foot-11 and moves like a guard. I’m convinced if she has a foot anywhere in the paint, she will be able to contest almost any drive. The one thing that stood out was how much she values every possession. If Phillips gets called for a foul, she may throw her arms in the air, and some may confuse that as something they’d want to keep her from doing, but it comes from her trying to be perfect. The second she becomes comfortable with not being perfect and playing free, she’s going to a problem that few teams will be able to solve. Watch out for her over the next four years.
