Olivia is the type of player that looks for cutters, finds the daylight inside, and makes wise decisions with the basketball on when to pass and shoot. I love her communication, and how she’s a reliable bucket- doesn’t matter if it’s from outside, or in transition! And she takes care of the rock!

Schneider is a smart and crafty guard who can create for herself and others. I love her high motor and ability to take over possessions when she needs to! Olivia is such a key player for Laurel- she gives emotional toughness on defense, frees herself on back door cuts resulting in easy points, and she able to work the baseline to her advantage! Strong shooter from outside! Consistent player on both ends of the basket! (Below, passing)

She’s a definite threat anywhere on the floor, she’s a natural score with not only good range from the perimeter, but also she can knock shots down around the rim with excellent footwork and good ball handling skills. She definitely got next level skills and looks to continue to expand her game.

Olivia can attack the rim and deliver the basketball to her teammates very well! But those threes and mid-range shots are her bread and butter! And she’s automatic from the charity line! (Below, passing)
