Caylee Benavidez Caylee Benavidez 5'6" | PF Tucumcari | 2025 State NM – 5’6 Forward “Tucumcari” Class of 2025 (#4PGHNM)
Caylee Benavidez Caylee Benavidez 5'6" | PF Tucumcari | 2025 State NM was responsible for much of Tucumcari’s success this season. She had an all-around game this season averaging 11.9 points per game, 6.9 rebounds per game and 2.9 steals per game. Caylee was the team’s second leading scorer and the 4th leading scorer among freshman this year. Tucumcari went 13-11 this season and made the 3A State Tournament. Caylee will be a player to keep your eyes on next season.
Tana Lopez Tana Lopez 5'4" | PG Mesa Vista | 2025 State NM – 5’4 Point Guard “Mesa Vista” Class of 2025 (#5PGHNM)
Tana Lopez Tana Lopez 5'4" | PG Mesa Vista | 2025 State NM had a good freshman year for Mesa Vista this season. She led Mesa Vista in scoring averaging 13.7 points per game. Tana was the 3rd leading scorer in the freshman class and was one of the most consistent freshmen this year. She led Mesa Vista to a 19-9 record and a trip to the 2A State Tournament. Mesa Vista reached the 2A State Quarterfinals. Expect Tana Lopez Tana Lopez 5'4" | PG Mesa Vista | 2025 State NM and Mesa Vista to be one of the top contenders next season.
Neveah Benjamin- “Mesilla Valley Chrisian” Class of 2025 (#6PGHNM)
Despite a tough season for Mesilla Valley Christian, Neveah Benjamin showed a lot of potential this season. She averaged an impressive 11.4 points per game which led her team in scoring this year. Neveah was also the 5th leading scorer among freshman this year and will be a player to watch this off-season and next season during her sophomore year.
Bleona Agushi Bleona Agushi PG Del Norte | 2025 State NM – Point Guard “Del Norte” Class of 2025 (#9PGHNM)
After an up and down season for Del Norte, Bleona Agushi Bleona Agushi PG Del Norte | 2025 State NM had a nice season from an individual standpoint for Del Norte this year. She was the teams second leading scorer who averaged a consistent 9.0 points per game. Bleona was the 11th leading scorer in the freshman class this season. She had six games this season of scoring in double-digits. Bleona’s season high this year was 34 points vs Rio Grande back in January.
Kassidy Lightfoot Kassidy Lightfoot C Corona | 2025 State NM – Center “Corona” Class of 2025 (#10PGHNM)
Kassidy Lightfoot Kassidy Lightfoot C Corona | 2025 State NM is one of the top Centers in the 2025 class. During her freshman season, she averaged 10.8 points per game which had her finish as the teams second leading scorer. Kassidy was the 7th leading scorer in the freshman class this past season. She shot a solid 52% from the field this year. Kassidy had a season high of 29 points vs New Mexico School for deaf back in January.
