Previewing the Breakdown Shot Clock Classic

The high school basketball season is still five months away, but for one day this week the action will be every bit as fast and furious. This Wednesday Breakdown Sports will host the first Girls Shot Clock Classic at Anoka-Ramsey Community College. The event will feature 20 games, 40 teams, a lengthy list of Minnesota’s top college prospects and a 35-second shot clock offering a preview of the biggest change to the high school rulebook in a very long time. Nobody does high school match-ups better than the folks from Breakdown. That’s why it’s not a surprise that the day’s lineup of games offers a Who’s Who of Minnesota Girls Basketball.
