Victory Region Recap- combo guards

Today I will take a look at a handful of talented combo guards from the Victory Region circuit that concluded a couple of weeks ago at the Finals. These are just a few who I noted throughout the two month circuit events. Coming up in the next few days will be the posts and point guards. <strong>Karis Weinberg, 2025, 5Star 2025</strong> An active guard who has excellent court sense and vision to find her teammates. She is a player who does the little things for her team. She has the handles and quickness to create from the point guard spot and the ability to step over the other guard spot and contribute. <strong>Khania Jones, 2025, Team Firstep 2024</strong> A long and athletic player who can really play multiple positions on the court. Rebounds the ball well and is able to get the second-chance shots. She has the ability to use her length to block or alter shots in the paint. Runs the floor well and is able to get back on transition defense. Able to push north-south. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="419439" first="Lillian" last="Barnes"], 2026, City Elite 2025</strong> Her transition game is top notch. She pushes the ball well and has excellent body control. Able to score with a floater around the rim, and I like the way she attacks the rim. Has good handles and is a smart player with the ball. She can play through contact and is able to defend. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="391924" first="Abby" last="West"], 2023, Cincy Chargers 2023</strong> Her stock has really gone up as she enters the Watch List in the latest PGH Ohio 2023 rankings last week. She is an excellent guard with the ability to handle the ball to run the offense, or if you leave her open from the perimeter, she will make you pay. Hazley <em>(pictured left)</em> is a shooter and can make the right play. Can put the ball on the floor and get to the rim to finish. She is a confident player who can defend. <strong>Taylor Maddox, 2023, OV Lady Dragons 2023 Black</strong> She has the ability to score from the perimeter like an off-guard and the vocal leadership to also run the show. She is active away from the ball and moves well to create chances. Has good footwork in the paint, can score with a floater and finish well around the rim. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="203652" first="Autumn" last="Rucker"], 2023, Indiana Showcase 2023 Black</strong> Impressive court vision for the senior guard and showed an ability to create shots for her team. Good vision, can find her teammates with crisp passing. Crashes the boards well, solid on-ball defense. &nbsp;
