Davis and the Lady Eagles are back at it again for one last go around. Can the Lady Eagles win another State Championship this year? Kaelin a left-handed guard plays so mature and always under control while on the court.
She makes the engine go for the Lady Eagles. Can Military Magnet make it 3 in a row this season? The Lady Eagles have played in the past 3 state championship games in Class 1A.
Jakes is just another piece to this talented roster for Head Coach Nathaniel Taylor. She stays extremely active at all times and has a quick trigger to knockdown shots on the perimeter. Rykia is always shot ready to receive the ball in the pocket and let it fly with accuracy.
Haynes brings good versatility to the floor with her ability to play all over the perimeter. Jadein has good ball-handling skills to handle the rock up the floor or just settle on the perimeter for a nice jumper. Jadein had a good summer on the Grassroots Circuit with the Lowcountry Premier Ballers 17U.
Bradley is part of the Big Senior Trio for the Lady Eagles. Chazmin has seen action from Day 1 while at the school. She’s the catalyst to helping to lead the Lady Eagles to a 3rd straight championship come this season. Chazmin will penetrate and kick while touching the paint. The Eagles go when her and her senior teammates go.
Highlights
Asa plays best generally off the ball as a shooter. Snyder can set up for shots on the perimeter and usually maintain good shot selection in doing so for the Lady Cyclones. Asa will handle the ball-handling duties at times, but she makes most of her noise when she is shooting the rock.
Look for Asa to have a big season for the Lady Cyclones in the SCISA ranks.
Goss does a good job playing inside the paint and rebounding the ball on both ends. Darnaisha seems to be most effective close to the basket while working for position down low. Can the Lady Warriors make some noise this season with this senior trio down in the Lowcountry?
Walker had a good summer shooting the rock from behind the three-point line. Talasha is a shooter who shoots the ball at a good clip. She seems to be at best when she is in a catch-shoot situation. No shot is off limits for her at times – she will let it fly.
Brown really looks to go to work down low on the block. Taylor has a great set of hands and doesn’t mind playing on contact when posting up down low. She really does a good job of keeping the ball up high and filling the lane in transition. Taylor could really benefit to a college program with a solid season this year.
