Kayla Debrow Kayla Debrow SF FL School for Deaf and Blind | 2025 State FL / 6’3 / FL School for the Deaf and Blind
Debrow is an energy player who can fill the stat sheet in the rebound and hustle department. Debrow does a good job of finishing around the basket and really runs the courts. She is always around the ball. Debrow is long and lengthy and can block shots and finish around the basket. She also runs the floor very well and can finish. She does a good job of getting rebounds and getting put-backs. Debrow averaged a double-double for the season with 11.4 points per game and 10.7 rebounds per game. Debrow has been touted by many as one of the best deaf players in the State of Florida and even the country.

/ 5’7 / 2025 / Beechside High School
Iskander is a smooth-looking player who has a lot of versatility in her game. She can attack the rim if the defender gets up on her too close, and she can shoot the jumper if the defender is not aggressive enough. Iskander also works hard on both ends of the court and she is constantly on the move. Look for Iskander to have a very productive season. She is one of the reasons people on the First Coast are saying “look out for Beachside.”
Zeni Barret / 5’10 SF / St Augustine
Barret is a versatile player who can play the 3 and 4 positions on the court. She can shoot the ball from all levels of the court. She can put the ball down and get to the rim and her threat of driving along with her ability to shoot makes her a very good stretch-four type of player. Barret can take advantage of traditional fours because of her ability to shoot outside of the paint and behind the arc. Barret is an excellent rebounder and an excellent communicator on the floor. She runs the floor well and can dribble the ball. She makes her team difficult to press because of her ability to put the ball down on the court
Maddie Rolander / SG / Creekside
Rolander is an energetic player who is always on the move. Rolander is very active and aggressive on the defensive side of the court. She has very good speed and loves to get out in transition. Rolander loves to play defense and force a lot of steals, and she does a good job of boxing out and getting rebounds. Rolander can shoot the ball at all levels on the court. She played well during the AAU season and is looking forward to transferring that output to this upcoming high school season.
Savannah Bischoff / 5’5 SG / Bartram
Bischoff has athleticism that jumps off the chart and she could be on the verge of a special year. The signs are there. She can shoot the three-pointer, she can play defense, and can put the ball down and drive. Bischoff had some special moments in the District playoffs, including connecting on a three-pointer. She also defended well and showed what she is capable of. She is expected to have a special 2022 – 2023 season.
Breah Usry Breah Usry 5'4" | SG Ponte Vedra HS | 2025 State FL / SG 5’7 Ponte Vedra is one one of the most athletic players on the First Coast and brings grit and attitude to the court. She has a motor that runs continuously on both ends of the court. Usry plays an aggressive style of defense and loves physical contact. In fact, she usually initiates the contact. Usry is a menace on the defensive end and she gets a lot of steals. She is one of the best young players at turning steals into points.
Jade Spivey/ 5’8 SG / Creekside
Confidence is one thing this Sophomore has plenty of. Spivey was also one of the District’s leaders in steals as a Freshman. She shot the ball well last year. Spivey averaged nearly 10 points and 3 steals per game last season. She is a good offensive player and looks to continue making progress this upcoming season. Spivey is a leader on the courts. She has seniors who look for her to provide leadership.
In the past, any 2025 St Johns county stories would have included notes about former Bartram Trail player Kendall Kane. Kane transferred to DME in Volusia county.
