Breonna Roaf Breonna Roaf 5’7″ | PG Terry Sanford | 2025 State NC is already a floor general even at her young age. She controls the tempo of the game pushing the ball up the court or slowing it down to set up a play. She has great court vision making sure she sees the open player, and she has nice dishes to her teammates to get everyone involved. She drives hard inside going against any kind of contact that’s waiting for her. On defense, she is very much in the face of her opponent making their lives difficult.
Jamyia Lindsey Jamyia Lindsey 5’6″ | PG Richmond Sr | 2025 State NC went down with an injury to her ACL this grassroots season, but she is definitely still a player to keep on your radar. She had a breakout freshman season showing all kinds of handles with the ball to lead her team, and she can certainly knock down some shots from deep. Her ability to change directions quickly with her body makes her tough to defend. She’s a tenacious defender knocking the ball away from her opponents when they try to dribble around her.
Danauje Brooks Danauje Brooks 5’2″ Grace Christian -Sanford | 2025 SC (featured photo) is very quick with and without the ball, and she knows how to use her speed and change of direction to her advantage. She has a nice crossover move where it’s as if she exaggerates it to throw off her opponents even more. Her quick release on her shot is difficult to defend, and she can certainly drain it from beyond the perimeter. Her quickness is on display when she plays defense as she can definitely anticipate passes to grab the steal and take the other direction.

Miyah Campbell does a great job setting herself up around the perimeter waiting for a pass to show off her shot. She also uses her vantage point from there to get the ball inside to her teammates knowing how to move her body to make the best pass. She runs the floor well making sure she’s available in transition to score on fast breaks. She doesn’t hesitate to get inside to grab rebounds either.
