The senior plays effectively on both sides of the ball. Her ball handling is excellent, she can control the pace of the game while being the point guard very well. She has the ability to score when she wants, attacking the defense with force to get to the rim for an easy lay-up. She was all-conference SPSL last season and is poised to repeat that accomplioshment.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["502370"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"Mandi has had a big summer this year and has shown great improvements. Her on-ball defense is good as she has great lateral movement to stay in front of the opposing player. Her shot from outside is steady and consistent. Pham runs the floor well, filling in the open lanes when need be. She's not a selfish player as she gives up open shots for her teammates who are more open. The senior is going to have a big year for Decatur HS.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["144537"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"Dulcy is another top guard in the 2023 graduating class. Her game is well rounded, as she does almost everything effectively. Her first step is very quick, helping her create space when driving to the hoop. She can stop on a dime while driving to the basket too, keeping defenders on their toes. Her on ball defense is outstanding. She keeps her feet moving, not allowing the offensive player to get by her. She played a big role on a team that went deep into the season and that role will only increase as her senior year begins.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["115404"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"Jackson is a menace on defense. She has some of the best on-ball defense I've seen of any player, in any class. She gets her hand on the ball almost automatically. She moves her feet VERY well, having great lateral movement when defending. She has a quick crossover that creates a driving lane for her to get to the bucket. She's easily one of the top facilitators in the state, her eyes are always up, slipping the ball to her teammates when needed. She hits her shots when left open and drains free throw lines when she's at the line.","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":4,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"align":"","mode":"preview"} /-->
