1. Cassidy Pak – Northwood 2024
Pak stood out as a solid combo guard. She’s able to play the one, handle the ball and run the offense. She can also play alongside another ball-handler and play more off ball. Good handles, dribbles under control and can dribble against defensive pressure. Does a good job getting to where she wants to go on the court with the ball in her hands. She’s a pass first player but can take advantage of scoring opportunities. Puts the ball on the floor and attacks the basket where she can finish well through the defense.

Heyer stood out as a player who does little things off ball that help win games. She looks to make the right play whether that’s a defensive stop, a good pass in the halfcourt or seeing an opportunity to get a bucket. She has a knack for grabbing rebounds. She follows up missed shots and positions herself in the paint to track the ball down. Boxes out well and rebounds with two hands. She can step out and shoot a little bit from three-point range.
3. Hailey Whitman – Christian(El Cajon) 2025
Whitman has some wing skills but can also play in the post. In some small ball lineups she can play up as a five and space the floor with her shooting ability. She has consistent range out to the three-point line and can shoot against closeouts. She can shoot off the dribble too; is able to take a few dribbles in and hit a short-range jumper. She can also get post position and take a little jumper near the basket. Defensively, she can hold her position in the paint; bodies up and can use her length to block/alter shots.
4.
Sierra Maxwell

Maxwell is a wing/forward who can also play small-ball center. She is a good three-point shooter off the catch and spaces the floor well. She can fake at the three-point line and drive the baseline for easy shots at the basket. Squares up well on her shot. She doesn’t look as comfortable in the post as she does on the wing, but the skills are there. Good size and tools to be an effective defender.
