Kadence just brings complete EFFORT when she plays. Coaches BUY now she can play, and she does all the little things to help you win games.
Kadence has a mean streak and she’s not down when it comes to losing. Her mindset is to win at all costs at times. She plays extremely hard and she will NEVER hesitate to jump on the floor for a loose ball, grab a rebound out of her area or defend a player on the perimeter.
Yarborough will be a nice addition to the Lady Vikings roster come this season. She likes to play the game with power at times inside the paint.
Zanariah can put the ball on the floor and score it when needed. She likes to overpower players down low and finish through contact. She rebounds at a good clip on both ends of the floor.
Williams brings a blue-collar mentality to the floor. She can post-up with her back to the basket and go to work. Today at times she put the ball on the deck around the paint area.
Janiya does her best work from around the paint area. She has a nice touch on the foul line. Williams is a hard worker that never takes a play-off while on the court.
Thomas will get to play along plenty of talent this season in the frontcourt for the Lady Wave. Madison really likes to play the game physical and draw contact whenever she can.
She thrives on being tough down low and keeping the ball up high to finish at the basket. You can make sure Thomas every game will be using all of her 5 fouls up. Madison is a physical post player who embraces on her position.
Karla likes to take on the role of a mover-screener on the floor. She will clog up the paint at times and draw contact on defenders.
She has a really nice touch close to the basket and soft hands to catch anything thrown her way. Bracebridge is a post player who doesn’t mind being a post player down in the paint.
Daugherty just moved into the Lowcountry from the State of Indiana. She and her twin sister Molly Daugherty both attended Huntington North HS last season.
When the next rankings get updated here in the Palmetto State expect to see her name in there. Next rankings will be done in Mid-October.
Emma has a good upside and nose for the ball at all times. She plays the game with a good basketball IQ. Emma was able to drop a few three pointers when she wasn’t head-faking past defenders on the way to the basket. Emma is a deceptive athlete with a good skill set.
Cloud is still coming back from a right knee injury. This weekend she was wearing a knee brace still while playing. Kaylin battled through it and showed some toughness on the floor.
Kaylin will be back in due time for the Lady Mavericks. She will be a nice addition to the squad with already of plenty of talent on the roster.
