Janyia Williams is tough inside sliding behind her defender and attacking the basket off the dribble. She gets inside finding the opening as her defender goes over to help being ready for the bounce pass and bucket. She was ready to grab rebounds on both ends of the court, too.

Williams brings a blue-collar mentality to the floor. She can post-up with her back to the basket and go to work. Today at times she put the ball on the deck around the paint area.
Janiya does her best work from around the paint area. She has a nice touch on the foul line. Williams is a hard worker that never takes a play-off while on the court.
