PGH Colorado wanted to bring our audience some prospect names that are proven scorers already or have the opportunity to breakout as scorers or simply improve on their scoring numbers. Some are household names, while others under-the-radar.

[player_tooltip player_id='216702' first='AJ' last='Mannering'] - 5'8 PG 2024 - Peyton

AJ plays the point for Peyton High School but that doesn't stop her from scoring the rock and hitting shots. In her sophomore season, she poured in 15.9 ppg. and hit 45 threes at 30%. Let her game speak below.

[player_tooltip player_id='216722' first='Allison' last='Schwertner'] - 6'3 Wing 2024 - Mullen

Allison only put in 7.3 ppg. this past season, but that was on an absolutely loaded roster in Mullen, who graduates it's top three leading scorers from a year ago. This tells us that Allison is due for a major breakout season as a scorer. Schwertner is a favorite prospect of mine because of her positional size and length at 6'3. Easily a top 5 prospect in the 2024 class. Allison will be getting buckets heavily this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='346832' first='Ryanne' last='Bahnsen-Price'] - 6'0 G 2025 - Roosevelt

Ryanne is a well-rounded guard with size and length that can score the ball because of her size and ability to get to the hoop. She exploded onto the scene as a freshman, scoring 10.7 ppg. Already an established scorer, Ryanne will most likely build upon those scoring numbers in her sophomore season for Roosevelt. Quite a rare combination of size, youth, skill, and ability to score.

[player_tooltip player_id='95215' first='Jayda' last='Maves'] - 5'8 G 2023 - Green Mountain

Jayda is one of the top three-point shooters in the state of Colorado, making a whopping 84 threes at 43%. That elite three-point production and efficiency led to 19.7 ppg. A ridiculous 66% adjusted FG% thanks to her three-point prowess. Committed to Western Colorado (D2).

[player_tooltip player_id='394807' first='Katy' last='Jo Werner'] - 5'5 G 2023 - Northridge

With Martinez leaving behind 13.2 ppg. from a year ago, Katy Jo has an opportunity in front of her to score the ball. Not an elite offensive creator but highly effective and a threat from three, making 26 threes at 36% last year. Expect that three-point number to rise with 43 threes made last year from Martinez graduating. Werner averaged 10.3 ppg last season. Katy Jo has a quick release from three with range to go.

[player_tooltip player_id='318864' first='AbbeyRose' last='Parker'] - 5'4 PG 2023 - Grand Valley

AbbeyRose is a scoring point guard for Grand Valley, scoring 15.5 ppg. last season. A smaller guard that is not shy when it comes to firing it up from three, making 55 total threes on the season. Has a good and smooth handle on the ball and she likes to drive off the dribble as well as being aggressive from deep.

[player_tooltip player_id='118720' first='Hailey' last='Blanchard'] - 5'7 PG 2023 - The Vanguard School

Hailey is as smooth as a ball-handler and passer as you'll find. She's not a quick-twitch athlete but is advanced as a ball-handler and up-court passer. An on-target passer that also makes the "right" pass for her team to be successful. Scored 11.6 ppg. as a Junior, making 38 threes and a respectable 33%. Plays with great understanding of pace with the ball in her hands.
