Kiara led the team in scoring with 12 points. Most of her buckets came from off ball movement and strong finishes at the rim. She has a good feel for the game and a strong IQ,
Dania led all scorers in the game with 14 and single handedly turned the game around late with three straight steals. She was all over the court making plays and willed the team to a come from behind win.
Amani did all of her damage in the paint and from the free throw line. She finished with 10 points and 11 rebounds.
This was my first time seeing Zoey and she put on a show. She’s a very explosive athlete and she attacked the basket relentlessly. She kept Howard’s defenders on their heels all day on her way to a game high 26 points.
Samiyah, also known as Chicago, exploded for 25 points. Her shot looked good from 3-point range, but she was effective from all three levels. She played her usual strong defensive game, coming up with multiple steals and deflections.
Hailee did a little bit of everything and came up huge in the clutch. She scored 11 points and made some crucial steals late in the game to help Concordia squeak past Pikesville in the best game of the day.
