The class of 2023 will be moving on next season, but they are making sure people know that they have some unfinished business to handle this last season in high school. Make sure to check out these seniors before they graduate, but many of these athletes will not be finished playing basketball after this season.
Cassidy Geddes does it all for her team grabbing rebounds, pushing the tempo, and finding her open teammates underneath the basket. She is so smooth handling the ball up the court using long strides to get to the basket in no time. She always seems to understand her assignment knowing when she is the one to release and get back and using that to grab a steal. Her knockdown shot from deep will certainly translate well to the next level, and she has an effective jab step to get open for some points.
Highlights
Kirsten Lewis-William continues to show her ability to get to the hoop making some nice fakes running full speed to create separation and put the ball through the hoop. She does a nice job directing her teammates on where to go. She doesn’t shy away from contact at the rim. She does everything for her team even getting inside to grab rebounds no matter who is around. She can even post up on the block sealing off opponents for an entry pass and bucket. Her spin move in transition is certainly fun to watch.

Jaden Redfern
Jaden Redfern locked up the ball quickly when her opponent tried to drive to the hoop. She plans her cuts perfectly rolling off the picks and filling in the lanes, and she makes great adjustments at the rim when needed to make the bucket through contact.
Nevaeh Farmer made some deep threes showing her ability to elevate over her opponents and score the points. She crashed the boards sneaking in to the paint for some rebounds. She does a nice job driving to the basket, and her floaters have the perfect arc to get in the hoop. She had a strong third quarter scoring in double digits making a strong move to the hoop with a Euro step and the bucket. On defense, she stripped the ball from her opponents taking it all the way to the other end for solo fast breaks.
Alexis Hailey is a problem in the paint blocking shots with ease making sure no one scores near her. She performed well on the other end being aggressive to get her points and making old fashioned three point plays. She can handle the ball bringing it up the court, and she can set herself up on the inside to get the entry pass.

Shantte Clark Siliezar had a nice offensive rebound off a free throw that she put back up for two points and a trip to the free throw line for herself. She continued to dominate the block getting her points working against defenders and grabbing offensive rebounds. She did her job on the defensive side protecting the basket and blocking shots. She ran the court well in transition being ready for the pass and bucket.

Sarah Chrapliwy
Sarah Chrapliwy seemed to have her hands in every play no matter if she was playing offense or defense. She timed her jumps perfectly deflecting passes and grabbing steals. She used hesitation moves and fakes to get around her defender on her way to two points as she drove to the basket. She was sneaky coming in behind guards to knock the ball away and change possessions.

Alona McManus
Alona McManus had a nice hustle play following the shot perfectly, grabbing the offensive rebound, and putting it right back up for two points. She did a nice job penetrating the paint and scoring through contact getting an old fashioned three point play. She snuck into passing lanes to grab the steal and push the other direction. She pushed it up the court scoring on solo fast breaks.
Jamiah Carter
Jamiah Carter
Jamiah Carter was getting her hands involved guarding the point position at the top of the key. She did a nice job finding the gaps to score some easy layup points. She finds her teammates cutting to the block when she has the ball at the free throw line. She had a nice blocked shot grabbing the steal taking control of the possession.
JaFyre Barr
JaFyre Barr
JaFyre Barr was blocking shots in the paint making it difficult for anyone to score around her. She was an asset grabbing rebounds for her team, too. She had a nice closeout on an opponent shooting a midrange jumper blocking the shot and getting right back in the paint ready for the next attempt. She slid into the gaps on the press scoring in transition off the pass.
