Cassidy Geddes Cassidy Geddes 5'7" | CG Newton-Conover | 2023 State NC has been a leader for her high school team for years handling the ball, controlling the tempo, and showing off her sharp shooting from deep.  She knows how to keep the ball low protecting every possession, and she keeps her eyes peeled finding the open lane for herself or her open teammate underneath the basket.  She has a high motor pushing the tempo, but she can also change speeds in a split second losing her defender on her way to the basket.

Cassidy Geddes does it all for her team grabbing rebounds, pushing the tempo, and finding her open teammates underneath the basket.  She is so smooth handling the ball up the court using long strides to get to the basket in no time.  She always seems to understand her assignment knowing when she is the one to release and get back and using that to grab a steal.  Her knockdown shot from deep will certainly translate well to the next level, and she has an effective jab step to get open for some points.

Geddes is taking her talents to William & Mary.  She first came on to my radar as a dominant three point shooter. She is certainly that, consistently knocking them down from deep no matter if she is coming off a pass or shooting off the dribble. However, getting to watch her over the past several years proves that she is a guard that can do it all for her team like control the tempo, create space for her teammates, and make some nice dishes to help create scoring opportunities. Her composure is the same whether her team is leading on the scoreboard or they are down as she consistently plays at a high level no matter the circumstance.

Cassidy Geddes Cassidy Geddes 5'7" | CG Newton-Conover | 2023 State NC goes to school just outside Charlotte, but she has to be included on this list.  She has the same composure throughout any game no matter what kind of competition she is facing.  This also means that she has a mean streak when it comes to shooting the ball in someone else’s face even from behind the arc.  She reads the floor well always knowing the best way to get her team some points, and that usually includes her shooting the ball from anywhere or taking it all the way to the hoop.  On the defensive side of the ball, she sits down and keeps her opponent in front of her.
