PGH NJ’s 2026 Watch List is Posted
In this article:
Prep Girls Hoops New Jersey has finally released its 2026 prospect watch list for everyone to read on our site.
Like how we approached last year’s initial 2025 prospect list, we left the first list to be unranked, just a watch list for all players involved to give readers and fans across New Jersey the ability to watch these freshmen for themselves.
This list, relative to the other three currently on the PGH NJ website, is small, comprising of just 60 prospects.
However, within those 60 prospects includes some massive names for you to watch, from 5-10 Rutgers Prep combo guard GiGi Battle GiGi Battle 6'0" | CG Rutgers Prep | 2026 State NJ to 6-4 Taylor Sofilkanich Taylor Sofilkanich 6'4" | PF St. John Vianney | 2026 State NJ , following in the footsteps of her sister, Ashley, at St. John Vianney.
The beauty of our prospect lists is that they’re subject to change and are fluid, meaning we have plenty of names to add that we haven’t yet and actual rankings to look forward to.
Some names to keep an eye on from the 2026 class, with the two above, include Red Bank Regional point guard Riley Wheeler Riley Wheeler 5'8" | CG Red Bank Regional | 2026 State NJ , Rutgers Prep power forward Logan Squeri Logan Squeri 6'0" | PF Rutgers Prep | 2026 NJ , St. John Vianney combo guard Madison Kocis Madison Kocis 5'11" | PG St. John Vianney | 2026 State NJ , Manasquan combo guard Jordyn Hollawell Jordyn Hollawell 5'5" | CG Manasquan | 2026 State NJ and small forward Ava Frith Ava Frith 6'1" | SF Manasquan | 2026 NJ , and Gill St. Bernard’s point guard Ava Fajardo Ava Fajardo 5'4" | PG Blair | 2026 State NJ .
That’s just a taste of what you’ll see in our prospect watch list for this season, which you can check out right here.
