I did a special story on Allen and it featured some of the top juniors as well, like [player_tooltip player_id='158877' first='Skye' last='Pepp'], Mahagony Jackson-Walker, and Aryn Roberts but there were other 2024 players that caught my eye as well as 2025's, keep in mind I was at the event on FRIDAY and watched teams at one school

Fia Filoialii- G (Katy Taylor)

Filoiaii does quite a few things that I've seen over the years yet her court vision and ball handling under pressure have taken off. Her passes are crisp and on the money, even in traffic, and she does both while being pressured which is a big word. She also scores off the dribble and this includes after contact but she understands how to create her shot under pressure and get it off from outside, On the flip, she applies pressure on the ball and even battles for rebounds

[player_tooltip player_id='391134' first='Christin' last='Callens']-G/SF (Klein Collins)

Callens is a "do it all" scorer as she continues to show she can drop it from mid to long range with ease. I saw she's attacking the basket stronger with either hand and finishing the same way, with either hand, both after contact. Her next-level frame takes the punishment but her deceptive first step is what gets everything going. She rebounds strongly on both ends, she loves to play "on the ball" defense, and watching her read the floor and play the passing lane always is a plus

Ashlyn Hollis-G (Klein Collins) 2025

Hollis has taken a big jump since I last caught her in action but that doesn't surprise me because first of all, she's "long and athletic" and if you pay attention, I call that the base. Her pull-up jumper in transition is nice as she elevates on her shot and showed she could drop it yet that same elevation also works in the set, as well as off the dribble because she scores using nice body control on her finishes. Her first step is nice, she plays the passing lane and did a good job on the defensive end

Alisa Sneed-G (Conroe) 2025

Sneed reminded me of a player from 2013, I had to take a second look because I thought I was "Back To The Future" yet the similarities with the "back in the day player" off the court were nice, yet her "future" is definitely bright as I played on the words, she played on the court. She's an athletic guard who is fearless, on both ends, and watching her not only go after loose balls but rebound against taller players was nice. She was a solid first step and finished strongly after the lick plus she showed she could drop the jumper with a hand in her face

Ashlyn Gundry-G (Jordan) 2025

Gundry did a good job of not only creating her shot under pressure but dropping it, both in the set and in transition. Her jumper wasn't the only thing that caught my eye, she saw the floor and when you have good court vision to go along with the ability to score, yes she did that off the dribble, that gives you options and keeps the defender honest
