Insider Exposure hosted a number of the top teams from all across Florida as well as all across the country. We took in some of the action at Bolles School. Here are some of the class of 2025 guard standouts.
Markeli Jones-Tynes Markeli Jones-Tynes 5'9" | PG Westminster Academy | 2025 State FL (Westminster Academy) – 5’10 Guard
Jones-Tynes is one of the top guards in the class of 2025 in Florida. Her body and athleticism is not debatable. She played exclusively point guard, handling the ball, and mixing up playing the role of distributor while also finding scoring opportunities. She was not at her best but have seen her talent and ability and know she is capable of being an impact player anytime she is on the court.
Lena Girardi Lena Girardi 5'10" | SF IMG Academy | 2025 State FL (Westminster Academy) – 6’0 Guard
Girardi is bigger and stronger since the last time I have seen her. She is mentally and physically tough, playing hard and aggressive on both ends of the court. She did a good job getting in the paint, penetrating to the rim both from the top of the wing and the top of the key.
Maddie Wallhoff Maddie Wallhoff 5'10" | SG Westminster Academy | 2025 State FL (Westminster Academy) – 5’10 Guard
Wallhoff is a tough, gritty guard that gives Westminster Academy 3 scoring options from the perimeter. She did a good job mixing up her offensive attacks, knocking down shots from the outside, putting the ball to the floor aggressively, and drawing contact at the rim. She can catch and shoot from 3, pulling up off the dribble for mid range shots, and penetrating all the way to the basket.
Kelis Fisher Kelis Fisher 5'9" | PG IMG Academy | 2025 State FL (IMG Academy) – 5’9 Guard
Fisher is the real deal. She is very likely the new # 1 player in the class of 2025. She is long, athletic, and skilled. She has deep range well beyond the 3-point line and plays under control and with composure. She is a very confident guard who has excellent handle, plays with an energy and glow about her that it is hard not to enjoy watching her play and be energized playing with her as her teammate.
Bri Behn (Cardinal Mooney) 5’8 Guard and Symonique Simon (Cardinal Mooney) – 5’7 Guard
Behn and Simon are pesky combo guards that cover the court both defensively and offensively. They are both very active and play with a lot of energy. They do not need the ball in their hands to be effective and are very good full court defenders.
Imony Housey Imony Housey 5'8" | PF Chaminade Madonna | 2025 State FL (Chaminade Madonna) – 5’7 Guard
Housey is a strong, aggressive guard who has broad shoulders, a wide base and can play both guard positions. On a team full of young Freshman, Imony plays the role of seasoned veteran giving the squad a cool and calming presence on the court on both ends. Housey does not have much flash to her game but rather is a steady and consistent defender and capable ballhandler that finds scoring opportunities in the flow of their offense.
Arianna Woodard Arianna Woodard 5'10" | PG Lake Highland Prep | 2025 State FL (Lake Highland Prep) – 5’7 Guard
Woodard is athletic and super-fast with the ball in her hands. She is very good in transition, consistently pushing the tempo and finding ways to penetrate the paint. She is one of the many talented players on the loaded Lake Highland Prep squad and does a good job scoring in the flow of the offense, shooting a high percentage from the field.
