New England 2024 Rankings Forwards and Centers

Looking at the New England 2024 rankings, here we look at 5 Forwards/Centers. Note this is not in order by ranking. [player_tooltip player_id='407561' first='Ellie' last='Pingree'], High School ST Paul's NH, Position PF, HT 6'2 Ellie is a stretch big. At 6'2 she has the skill set to play out on the perimeter and attack off the dribble. She can also score down low. She moves well for her size, and can also get out in transition. Her skill set and length, gives her game a lot of potential. [player_tooltip player_id='446541' first='Brennan' last='Doran'], High School Kent, position PF, HT 6'2 I see a lot of upside in Doran's game. She is a tough gritty player, and has good length and is strong built. She is fundamentally sound in the paint. She has good footwork, and can go back to the basket, or hit the soft hook shot. She is a really athletic big, with a high vertical. She brings energy, and her presence is felt on both sides of the floor. She is able to be a dominate scorer, and also knows when she is doubled in the paint, to pass it out to the wing. Defensively she has the size to guard post players, but the athleticism to even match up with guards on the perimeter. I think her game will translate well to the college level. [player_tooltip player_id='269920' first='Hannah' last='Lynch'], High School Bishop Guertin, Position SF, HT 5'10 Lynch is a versatile forward, who can play inside and out, and impacts the game in multiple ways. She is fundamentally sound. She sets good screens, has good footwork, and has a good understanding of the game. She has a good mix of athleticism, skill, and length. She impacts the game on both sides of the floor. Defensively she can match up with multiple positions and does a good job getting steals in the passing lanes. [player_tooltip player_id='389139' first='Olivia' last='Jarvis'], High School Simsbury CT, Position PF, HT 6'0 Jarvis is a paint protector, who will make any shot tough to shoot on her. She has good length, and good timing on her shot blocking. She impacts shots by altering shots even when she doesn't get the block. She is a playmaker, and has good passing skills from the high and low block. She has good touch around the rim as well. A big who's impact is felt on both ends of the floor. [player_tooltip player_id='356403' first='Tish' last='Blackwood'], High School Falmouth, Position SF, HT 5'10 Tish is a strong forward, who likes to put her head down and get downhill. She is strong attacking the basket, and finishes well through contact. She is a scrappy player, and uses her strength to her advantage. She is also very good on the rebounds, and always aggressive boxing out.
