New Years Resolution – See These 5 Guards

She's playing smart basketball and has shown that she can handle at a high level. Brumfield can make plays from the point and doesn't need to be ball or shot dominant to get hers. She was a key part of a District title run last season and played some very good grassroots basketball in the summer. Jabczenski is a lights out shooter that really spaces the floor from the point. She's a very talented player with a next level skill set. Zeitz can initiate the offense both with the pass and off the bounce. She moves immediately after the pass, not watching the play unfold but instead making the play happen. Zeitz is just so active without the ball, finding lanes to the rim and making herself available for the pass. She's starting to turn heads and I'm going to need to see her play some more. Bartal's game starts on defense. She reads passes, jumps the lanes, and gets deflections and turnovers. Bartal has shown that she can put points on the board in bunches as well. In the past, I've always really liked her defensive intensity. She can play an in your face style and play lockdown perimeter defense. Sanders has stood up some really good offensive players.
