We have to start this one off with Mehkia. She had a tremendous game with 25 points and several electrifying finishes in the paint. She also showed the ability to make three-pointers and pull ups too. Whether handling the ball as the lead guard or playing off ball, she showed that she will contribute on day one at the next level.
Amani is an undersized warrior, but she gets the job done. She is a relentless rebounder and draws a ton of fouls. She’s probably the best glass cleaner in the area and that skill will travel with her to the next level. She’s a good free throw shooter so she is a walking double double machine.
Anylah is an aggressive scoring guard that can play some lead guard too. She is physically tough and never backs down from a clash. She has a decent perimeter shot but she makes her money by breaking defenders down off the dribble and getting into the paint where she is a really good finisher. She is also good at kicking out to open shooters or feeding teammates for layups after she beats the defender. She willed her team to a win at the Challenge and took home an MVP award for her troubles.
At 6’1″ Mariah has tremendous length to go along with elite speed and athleticism. She is very versatile as she can play four positions on offense and guard them as well. She demonstrated her full package at the event and walked off with an MVP award.
