Canyon Country High School Players:
2023, 5’3, PG, Aaliyah Garcia – Very good playmaker, runs her team well, really understands what required of a floor lead guard. Good passer, is definitely an impact player for her team, look for her continue that impact at the next level. She ran the team like a well oiled machine, she made all of the right plays and will continue to improve.
2023, 5’6, CG, Jade Sims – Very good dribbling skills, was very strong on her drives to the rim, relentless player on both ends of the court. She is probably the strongest guard in the playoffs going on now, she could finish thru contact, able to absorb it and finish with ease. She was impressive on the court, we loved watching her play.
2024, 5’9, CG, Josie Regez – She is a great three point shooter, has nice form and is consistent in her shot formation, she knows her role on the team and she takes full advantage of it as they set her up for three point shots in the game, she is draining those things and there is nothing an opponent can do about it. She has great size and with that shot, she will be hard to guard for anyone.
Paramount High School Players:
2024, 5’8, CG, Kaylani Polk – Very high IQ for the game, has a scorers mentality, has the shooting range of college player now. She is tough as nails and one of the more consistent players on the floor for her team. Look for her to lead paramount to another successful season next year.
2023, 5’10, SF, Morgan Clay -An aggressive offensive player, strong drive to the rim, strong rebounder n the paint and has the length of a 6-2 post. A vocal leader, and a for sure a next level player. She plays with passion and is very agile for her size, she is a dynamo on the court and we were impressed by her game and skillset.
2024, 5’11, SF, Jadnee Natapu – Look for this left handed post player to be a major contributor for her team next season. Her 5-10 size with the quickness she has is and good footwork makes her a difficult player for opponents to guard. She was agile and ran the floor like a gazelle, but we really loved her spirit on the court, she is a leader and her teammates respects her game and will listen for advice on the court.
