OUTLOOK
Lynwood pulled out a 2 point win to get in the field of 12 vs West Seattle. Stanwood ran into a hot shooting Lake Washington team and lost by 18. I still like Stanwood in a close one here. A size advantage with Berrett could make the difference for Stanwood. Kayla Lorenz is a threat to knock down shots from all over the floor and Hooker is a tough player on the perimeter. These two teams split in the regular season. Stanwood won the most recent match-up 64-55. This one could be close.
Prediction – Stanwood 57-53

OUTLOOK
I think Lakeside recovers quickly in this one and advances to the quarterfinals with a rubber match vs 1 Garfield looming. Lakeside was able to win their first match-up early in the season. Garfield won the second.

is a Gonzaga signee and should play a big role vs Auburn Mountainview who beat North Thurston in a low scoring game to advance to the Dome. They have some quickness with their guards and Elliot can shoot it from deep. Lakeside is bigger, has more overall talent and experience in this one.
Prediction – Lakeside 65-47

OUTLOOK
I picked Lincoln to pull the upset in the first round vs Mead. That didn’t happen, but I think they get it done here. Too much talent and depth. The pressure defense could cause problems and

has had some big games for Bonney Lake, both scoring and rebounding. She averaged 17 points and 12 rebounds for the regular season. The 8 and 9 match-ups are common and this one should be close. Bonney Lake only has four losses. Three to Lincoln and one to Class 4A tournament team Sumner. They like to shoot the three, which could be tough in the Dome on day one but I think they get it done.
Prediction-Bonney Lake 57-51
