Final Score: Shalhevet 50, San Domenico 46
Shalhevet Player Performances:
Yalee Schwartz
Yalee Schwartz
Yalee is pretty good, she put up some numbers in this championship game and was named the MVP by the coaching staff and teammates. She put up 21 points, 13 rebounds, 4 assists and 1 steal in this game, which is why she was named MVP for the division. With numbers like that in a championship game, coaches are bound to watch and take notes and want to recruit kids with those stats. She was very crafty as getting fouled and getting to the line, she shot a decent (11-16) from the stripe in the game.
Arielle Grossman
Arielle Grossman
Arielle can play as well, she put on a great performance in this contest as well, we liked the way she put things together on the floor. She put together a good game with 18 points and 10 rebounds a solid double-double, she did what was needed for her team to get this win and capture the championship title.
San Domenico Player Performances:
Summer Jenkins
Summer Jenkins
Summer can play this game well and she did it all out on the court, she is very close to what we call a do it all (DIA) player and she earned it with the performance she showed us in this game. She ended the game with 15 points, 6 rebounds, 6 steals and 5 assists which is very solid in our opinion. She was (3-9) from the three point line and was (4-6) from the freethrow line and we loved watching her play.
Maja Cykowska
Maja Cykowska
Maja is a monster on the board and she showed us that with a great performance in the game, she ended the game with 14 points, 11 rebounds, 3 blocks and 2 steals. She ate the boards up in this game, she was a terror for her opponents and she did with skill, she had 5 offensive boards to go with her 6 defensive, we loved her tenacity on the floor and showed us she can score as well.
