Brianna Brownell, 5’9 W/F – Blueprint Basketball Class of 2024
With Brianna you know you’re going to get the work ethic + the intangibles. Brownell runs the floor hard both ways, often sneaking behind the defense for easy buckets. Plus, she defends 2-4 with solid footwork, help defense, and physicality. Those same traits carry over to her rebounding and offensive repertoire. She’s a certified glass cleaner with her box outs and pursuit of the rock. Then offensively she’s a sly finisher around the cup and out to mid-range. If Brownell adds a consistent 3 ball, she’ll be a physical 3-level threat with nice slashing ability. Bri is rock solid.
Julia Decker, 5’8 G – Manchester Mavericks Class of 2024
A natural 2, it seems Julia is easy to play with. Decker is a quick decision maker, using her crisp passing and court awareness to move the ball and hit cutters/screeners with timely feeds for open looks. She’s also solid shooter off the catch, especially from 3. Moreover, Julia works hard on the defensive end, hits the boards a bit, and pushes well in transition. Decker guards 1-3 with her foot speed and length, and her help defense is a constant. Smart, simple, effective, and she harbors the intangibles too.
Caitlyn Davison, 5’8 G – Lone Wolf Athletics Class of 2024
The combo-guard out of Hazen can do a bit of everything. Caitlyn can orchestrate the offense or play off the ball and find her scoring/playmaking coming off of cuts and screens. A solid shooter, she’s most comfortable rising up off the catch but can create and finish too, especially in the second layer. Moreover, she’s a smart defender, reading offense’s intuitively as she jumps passing lanes or denies actions with her help defense. Coachable and high IQ, Davison is solid all around.
Natalie Royer, 5’7 G – Blueprint Basketball Class of 2024
Royer is a combo-guard who can comfortably facilitate the offense and be effective off the ball. With her handle she can manage ball pressure, yet off the ball she’s a sly cutter and screener with strong finishing at the rim. Moreover, she’s an opportune slasher with the rock in her hands, able to flash by defenders with her speed. Plus, Royer has 3 ball ability. An absolute grinder on the defensive end, Royer applies ball pressure, jumps passing lanes, and makes play in the open floor. Natalie always brings the energy and can make plays on both ends.
Brooke’lyn Robinson, 5’7 G – Lone Wolf Athletics Class of 2024
With Brooke’lyn you get a highly efficient scorer at the 2. Robinson is almost always in the flow of the offense, taking open looks that come naturally. In doing so, she shoots a high percentage on jumpers from the mid-range and from 3. Furthermore, her quick + smart choices with the ball keep the rock moving and others involved. Then defensively, it’s a similar story. Brooke’lyn rarely gambles even as she applies ball pressure or disrupts passing lanes. Easy does it with the high IQ 2-guard.
Sidney Herrington, 5’10 G/W – Manchester Mavericks Class of 2024
First and foremost, Sidney is gifted with an athletic and lengthy build; you can tell she puts in the extra hours working on her strength and conditioning. She has a point-forward feel at times because she’s someone who often matches up with post players even though she can defend wings, and she’s a savvy facilitator and playmaker with her court vision. Herrington scores well inside, is a solid shooter off the catch, and adds extra possessions with her hustle and offensive rebounding. An all-around player with a winner’s mentality.
Maya Auger, 5’7 G – Blueprint Basketball Class of 2024
The first thing that comes to mind with Maya is her scoring touch. She’s a prolific 3-point shooter, capable of heating up in an instant. Yet she’s also a witty slasher, and when she’s intent on getting to the rim good things happen. Moreover, Maya is a smart passer and ball mover who sees both sides of the floor. Then defensively, Auger holds down the perimeter with nice anticipation, and she loves to make plays in transition. If Maya sharpens her handle and works her scoring from the inside out she’s going to be scary.
Ruby Dasaro Ruby Dasaro 5'7" Bellows Free Academy | 2024 State New E , 5’5 PG – Lone Wolf Athletics Class of 2024
The springy PG knows how to make plays. Ruby is an excellent slasher who can rise up and surprise people at the rim with her elevation and finishing ability. Yet she doesn’t need the ball in her hands to be effective. Dasaro is a wise off ball player who knows how to exploit holes in the defense. And on the defensive end, she’s a scrapper. Ruby digs in against ballhandlers, using her length and agility to disrupt offenses. If her jumper falls more consistently then she’s going to give opponents issues.
