First Five:
Dieuna Beynnon, 5’3 PG – Burlington High School Class of 2026
A true point guard, Dieuna knows how to command the floor. Her ball security and vision culminate into savvy facilitation. She can quarterback and run sets to a tee with her communication and understanding of the game. Moreover, with her hesitation and crossover package, Beynnon gets in the paint at will. In the second layer she’s a smart finisher, yet even more so, she can pick defenses apart and set up shooters with crisp passing. Plus, Dieuna is a pest on defense with her foot speed, quick hands, and excellent motor. Two-way game all day with Dieuna.
Anna Moser Anna Moser 5'8" | CG Rutland | 2026 State New E , 5’4 G – Rutland High School Class of 2026
It doesn’t take long to notice Anna on the floor. She grinds defensively, always in the play and making an impact with her ball pressure and communication. Furthermore, she’s the full package offensively. Moser is edging closer to being a truly consistent three-level scorer as her mid-range comes into fruition. Plus, she creates a ton of offense for others. But the ball doesn’t stick to her hands either; she’s a smart ball mover who understands spacing and timing quite well. Moser has the tools, both skillfully and mentally, to be elite.
Charlotte Jasmin Charlotte Jasmin 5'8" | SG Hartford | 2026 State New E , 5’8 G/W – Hartford Union High School Class of 2026
A true swiss army knife, Charlotte basically played 1-5 for Hartford this year. Jasmin is a tenacious interior defender and rebounder, using her frame and some early work to keep post players from getting to their spots or from crashing the offensive glass. Yet she defends the perimeter well with her footwork and anticipation, often disrupting opponent’s flow offensively. Moreover, she started for Hartford as the primary ballhandler, playing as both a facilitator and a scorer. Charlotte is plug and play.
Rosa Kori Rosa Kori 5'10" | PF Rice Memorial | 2026 State New E , 5’9 W/F – Rice Memorial High School Class of 2026
Rosa was the perfect fit for a young, guard heavy Rice team that had just come off a championship. Kori is humble and hardworking, willing to take on whatever role is asked of her. In this case, she put in a ton of work as a 4. Rosa must’ve been one of the top rebounders for Rice with her constant hustle on the boards. Moreover, she defends 3-4, yet can handle some 2’s. Offensively, she’s a natural slasher and her confidence has grown in her jumper. Simply put, Rosa plays hard and contributes in a variety of ways.
Marlie Bushey Marlie Bushey 5'10" | SG Milton | 2026 State New E , 5’10 W/F – Milton High School Class of 2026
Another highly versatile player, Marlie truly plays multiple positions. She was often the head of Milton’s fullcourt press, utilizing her length and agility to bother ballhandlers. Yet she also has nice interior instincts, using her height and anticipation to clog the lane, bother shots, and clean the glass. Offensively she’s quite dynamic with her post work, mid-range jumper, and slashing ability. I’m excited to see Marlie’s game continue to develop.
Honorable Mentions:
Alana Crittenden, 5’7 G/W – Lamoille Union High School Class of 2026
An athletic, high-motor player, Alana is always in the mix. She crashes the boards on both ends making her a strong perimeter rebounder. Moreover, she guards multiple positions. Crittenden can hawk ballhandlers with her foot speed, yet she’s also a pest in passing lanes. Plus, she has the agility and length to bother big wings. Offensively she can create offense or facilitate in a pinch. But she feels like a natural 2 or 3 with her adept slashing and continually improving jumper. Crittenden’s ceiling is up there.
Zoey McNabb Zoey McNabb 5'7" | PG Champlain Valley Union Highschool | 2026 State New E , 5’4 PG – Champlain Valley Union High School Class of 2026
Whenever I watch Zoey, it’s apparent that she’s a sponge. McNabb is a high IQ point guard who almost always makes the right play. She’s a steady floor general who gets teammates into position to run their stuff. And if the play breaks down, she’s composed and ready for the next action. Zoey’s handle is quick and secure, and her footwork is fundamental with great speed. Then defensively, she’s a measured defender who knows how to press without falling out of the play. Zoey might be a freshman, but her IQ and communication are top notch.
Anna Ebert Anna Ebert 5'8" | SF St. Johnsbury Academy | 2026 State New E , 5’5 G – St. Johnsbury Academy Class of 2026
Anna took on a limited role this winter, but for a team that went to the Finals. Ebert came off the bench as the 7th or 8th option on a squad with some serious perimeter depth. Regardless, whenever Anna checked in, she was locked in. Ebert plays every possession hard and smart. She makes simple, quick decisions with the ball, driving into space when it’s there and moving it when the court is clogged. And defensively it’s the same steady approach, yet her scrappy side comes out when battling for rebounds and 50/50 balls. Anna is highly dependable.
