MiKayla Werner MiKayla Werner 6'0" | PF Hortonville | 2024 State WI
The Hortonville forward has been one of my favorite prospects since I watched her record a double-double off the bench and on the road in her sophomore season against eventual state runner-up Appleton East. She’s not someone who needs the ball to be successful but makes good decisions and puts herself in a position to succeed on the floor. Werner is an accomplished rebounder, a good athlete, and can stretch the defense with her perimeter jumper. Werner will always find a way to be successful.
Paige Seckar Paige Seckar 6'0" | SF Oshkosh West | 2024 State WI
At the end of this past AAU season, coaches started to talk about Seckar a lot, and those discussions have only gotten more real through the high school season. Her overall game has continuously improved over the past year, especially on the offensive end. Seckar looked more confident than she did a year ago and hit tough shots all over the floor while still playing high-level defense on the other end. Seckar will look great with her uber-talented Purple Aces team this summer and will catch the eyes of schools if she hasn’t already.
Adaline Sheplee Adaline Sheplee 6'2" | CG Rice Lake | 2026 State WI
In the 2025 and 2026 classes, there might be a player with more physical tools than Sheplee. The Rice Lake wing is a legit 6-3 and can handle the ball like a guard. Some schools have already made their interest known with a scholarship offer, but once schools see her this summer, they’ll love how hard she plays, her ability to beat guards off the dribble, and her overall athleticism. Sheplee has a chance to be one of the better recruits in the country in her class and will make plays this summer that few other people can make.
Leah Nordin Leah Nordin 6'1" | PF Shawano | 2026 State WI
The Shawano product is similar to Sheplee in every way. Nordin is an athletic 6-1 or 6-2 wing that dominated in the Bay Conference this season and made some plays that few others have the physical capabilities for. She’ll play up with Wisconsin Blaze’s 2024 Inferno team and look great against girls two years older than her and possibly look like the best player on the floor for extended stretches of games and be unguardable for some teams.
