Shayla’s Day 2 Standouts-Peach Games Part 1

Some games came down to the wire with big time players stepping up to ice the game and it was a day the hidden gems came to the light. An energizer bunny that doesn't mind diving on the floor for the loose ball or chasing down a play. A player that can do it all and plays her role to the fullest. She impressed on the day with her ability to rebound and put back through contact. She created extra possessions on the offensive end and her ability to rebound on defense led to easy transition buckets. Her opponents had to play her straight up as she showed her ability to score from anywhere on the court. Her length created problems as it was hard to shoot or pass over her. She also showed her ability to attack the rim off the dribble. She creates matchup problems with her size as she can score over the smaller guards and is too quick for most post players. High IQ which allows her to read the defense.
