Here are some more of the players that I watched that stood out.

Miller was one of the more impressive players at the event. She scored from all three levels. When her perimeter shot is falling she’s extremely hard to contain. Miller is coming off a major injury but looks like she is close to full strength. Her recruitment should continue to take off very soon.

Owens showed that she just has another level of athleticism that most don’t have. She can get past most defenders when she wants and is a willing passer. Her outside shot was falling which is a plus. On the other side of the ball she is next level with her foot speed and quick hands.
Morgan Van Dyke

A tough wing, Van Dyke played with nice energy. She attacked the defense every chance she got. On the defensive end she had very active hands and made if very difficult for who she was guarding.

Chavez is a combo guard who plays with tremendous confidence. At times it’s almost like she’s toying with the competition. She can score it with the best of them but her passing sets her apart from her peers. While most have highlights of just scoring, she could easily have one on just her passes alone. She is climbing the senior rankings.

Henderson continued to do what she has done for some time and that’s leave it all out on the court. She has the ability to grab the rebound and go coast to coast. Her perimeter shot is improving which makes her even more dangerous. One of the top 2025 players in the country.

The rising senior was just as comfortable on the perimeter as she was in the paint. She shot it very well from the outside to compliment her interior play. Emma also rebounded very well.

The incoming transfer made an immediate impact with her ball handling and on the ball defense. Jones showed enough wiggle to her game to create separation from defenders. She also showed that she will immediately be one of the better defenders in the state for the Thunder.

The freshman guard played with a feel well beyond her years. She maintained a good pace and didn’t try to do to much. She shot the ball well and played excellent on the ball defense.
