Greenwade is one of my favorite floor generals in the state. She is cool, calm, and collected when leading the Knights offense. Don’t sleep on her defensive ability as she can lock up opponents all 94 feet. She is one of the keys to Higley’s success this season.

Greenwade had a huge summer showing to start June. She orchestrated a back-to-back championship run at the Starcade. Greenwade is one of the better floor generals as she has a tight handle, solid athletic, facilitation, and defensive abilities. Besides that, she can score at a high level from all three levels. With her growth and maturity, I expect her junior campaign to be her best yet, as she has the IQ, skills, and abilities to lead a dominant team into the winter. I urge college coaches to make sure to attend Higley games this season.

Greenwade is one of the prospects who will erupt this upcoming season. She does a fantastic job of being able to lock up full court, has a good handle, facilitates, and possesses a high basketball IQ. She’s the type of floor general who fills up the stat sheet and can score from all three levels. Greenwade is a fantastic low major plus prospect as she has tremendous upside.

Claire Greenwade Claire Greenwade 5'3" | PG Higley | 2027 State AZ is an excellent Point Guard that is fast and her motor never stops. She is a terrific 3-point shooter. She has the ability to impact a game quickly both on the offensive end and the defensive end. She has excellent court vision and has the ability to see plays open up and deliver the ball on time. She has the potential to be top prospect.

Greenwade is the type of point guard that you don’t know how to guard. If you get up to close, she will go right by you. If you give her too much space, she will hit the jumper on you. She is also a very good passer.

Claire Greenwade Claire Greenwade 5'3" | PG Higley | 2027 State AZ is a tone-setter for the Knights, and it all starts with her on-ball pressure. With extremely quick lateral movement and a determination to disrupt offensive plans, she is a complete pest, capable of single-handedly ruining offenses. Off the ball, Claire will use her aggressiveness and IQ to occasionally leave her man, either to double-team or anticipate passes that seem safe for opponents. Claire transitions from defense to offense extremely fast once Higley rebounds the ball and makes very good decisions to either score the ball herself or set up another streaking teammate for the score. Claire has a very quick release on her jump shot; defenders should remember the ‘hand down, man down’ rule when guarding Claire.
