For her height, I think she does a really nice job boxing and sealing out her opponent on the boards. She plays smart with a good basketball IQ and solid court sense of where she needs to be on the floor. She always has her eyes focused on the next play, also can pass the ball well and push in transition.
Kareena Agrawal, 5-5 Olentangy
Kareena can run the court in transition well, handle the ball under pressure and able to get to the rim on the move and switch hands well up the rim. She’s got long arms and a good wingspan. Can hesitate and shift, causing the defender to miss and allowing her to finish the play at the rim.
Rickayla Davis, 5-8 Toledo Rogers
She is a kid who can make plays using her pure athleticism. Able to slash into the paint and possesses quickness. Good fundamentals and a good vertical. I believe she hasn’t even touched her potential yet, and as she develops experience at the high school level, will be a factor at the high school level.
Maliyah Knight, 5-4 Reynoldsburg
She has the ability to push tempo with good handles, excellent passer and for her age she has really good court vision. Able to thread the needle in the paint to get the ball to her teammate. Plays with energy and always ready to make a play.
Riley Westall, 5-3 Bloom Carroll
Heading into a solid high school program, Riley is a player who will just keep getting better as she gains experience at that level. She already does a nice job changing speed, and can get into the paint for a nice runner. Moves well and has a good court sense. Excited to see her game grow!
Adriana Tichnell, 5-5 Stow Munroe Falls
Adriana can put the ball on the floor and finish with a nice euro-step at the rim. Good body control with handles and an athletic frame. Solid on-ball defender, always working. Can also play the point. Really impressed with her overall game for her age!
Samantha McGough, 5-9 Hilliard Darby
Long lanky solid all-around player. Can run the floor, good pick-and-pop player with solid fundamentals. A nice player for her age I expect her to just continue to improve. Also can handle the rock with good court vision. Keep an eye on this one.
Gabrielle Grimes, 5-7 Columbus South
Gabrielle can body up with her opponent in the paint and play physical. Defensively she is on the ball with active hands. Smart player who also can rebound and protect the ball.
