August has really been a fun month for recruiting updates in New Jersey because there have been so many! It's a testament to the talent that exists in the Garden State, up-and-down the state. This is a statewide testament of success, and it shows in this article, with two players from Central Jersey and one from South Jersey highlighted. Here's the latest PGH New Jersey recruiting update.

[player_tooltip player_id='525309' first='Averie' last='Harding'] - Egg Harbor Township (2025) offered by Fairleigh Dickinson

Harding has not stopped her work in AAU ball and was rewarded accordingly, her second Division I offer coming from Fairleigh Dickinson.

A player like Harding is a must-have on any college roster because of her size alone, but she's been a monster in the lane for EHT, making considerable strides as a sophomore. She's listed as a combo forward and has the agility and mobility to back that up without a doubt, a quick-thinking 6-2 player that can post up, shoot from midrange or from deep, and can create plays with the best of them.

Commits

[player_tooltip player_id='488740' first='Eli' last='Clark'] - Ocean Township (2024) commits to Le Moyne College

After what she's done so far in her high school career, it was fantastic to see Clark, the backbone of this Ocean Township program for a few years now, get her due as she committed to Le Moyne College on Wednesday.

The best way to describe Clark is a leader, someone who's grown into a leader and a superstar on the floor. Ocean Township wouldn't be where it is without someone like Clark at the top of the key calling the shots. Her production has increased every season considerably as she's a triple threat of talent between scoring, rebounding and passing, plus great shooting and strong defense.

[player_tooltip player_id='587873' first='Megan' last='Sias'] - Toms River North (2024) commits to Stonehill College

The last player we'll talk about in this article committed on Monday afternoon as Sias, the Toms River North rising senior, announced her commitment to Stonehill College.

Yet another New Jersey player gets ready to play Division I basketball in what has been a competitive mid-major conference in recent years. After missing her sophomore year, Sias came back with a vengeance as a junior, just missing out on a double-double average with 14.7 PPG and 9.5 RPG, not to mention nearly two blocks and over three steals a game. She's ready for the next level, but the next level is definitely not ready for what she's going to bring to the table.
