2025 Rankings Nears 150 Prospects [Free]
Kansas’ 2025 class rankings update dropped today and includes more than 20 new additions. Since the March update approximately 45 prospects have been added. With club ball wrapping up at the end of July I have been busy gathering my notes and those of other scouts in and out of Kansas. I have also caught an individual exposure event, been watching plenty of film, and gathering opinions; news, and feedback from the many people I trust.
A taste of what to read about in future articles includes significant changes in the top 10, a new addition to the top 25, several players making substantial moves up the ranks, and 5 players making their debut in the top 70.
As before I would like to thank fellow Kansas scouts Jeremy Deckard and Adrian Maloney for their contributions. We draw from a wide range of resources to create the rankings. We catch games in person and online, study highlights; read reports; and communicate with a wide range of people to distill the information down to compile the extensive lists. Players get seen by other PGH scouts in other states and often show up, even if not tagged, in write-ups for other states. Players out due to injury are not removed. I personally would like to thank parents, fans, other media and sports writers, coaches at a variety of levels, and especially the players for helping keep our knowledge level high. The news, photos, video, reports, and comments you have shared are immensely helpful.
