Belton-Honea Path HS (Honea Path) – The Lady Bears finished (3-18) a season ago. Kamiyah Christian Kamiyah Christian 5'5" | PG Belton-Honea Path | 2026 State SC will look to turn the program around. Christian is just a sophomore for the Lady Bears.
Crescent HS (Iva) – The Lady Tigers finished (16-7) last season and lost Courtney Baldwin to graduation. Who will step up this year and fill the void?
Palmetto HS (Williamston) – The Lady Mustangs finished (8-16) a year ago. Skyler Ellison Skyler Ellison 5'9" | SG Palmetto | 2025 State SC and junior guard Carrigan Holbert will look to provide some much need leadership here this season.
Pendleton HS – The Lady Bulldogs had a long season last year and finished just (2-20).
Powdersville HS – The Lady Patriots were (10-15) a season ago. Can they improve on that record this season? Bree Woods and Caroline Sweet Caroline Sweet 5'7" | SG Powdersville | 2026 State SC are back to lead the charge. Who will else step up this season? Woods averaged 7.7 ppg while Sweet chipped in at 6.2 ppg.
TL Hanna HS (Anderson) – The Lady Yellow Jackets will have to rely on Tamerah Wynn Tamerah Wynn 5'11" | SF T.L. Hanna | 2025 State SC and Harmoni Earl Harmoni Earl 5'10" | SF T.L. Hanna | 2027 State SC this season to lead the way. Wynn brings some versatility at the forward position while Earl can play all 3 perimeter positions at times. Wynn averaged 8 ppg last season while Earl chipped in at 5.6 ppg as a 8th grader. The Lady Yellow Jackets finished last season at (18-10) under Head Coach Glenn Elrod.
Westside HS (Anderson) – The Lady Rams have some new faces this season on the roster. New Head Coach Nicole Hood took over the reins for the Lady Rams. Ahri Scott Ahri Scott 5'6" | SG Westside | 2024 State SC and Kiki Gregory Kiki Gregory 5'5" | PG Westside | 2024 State SC are two senior leaders on this Lady Rams squad. Scott a combo guard seems to do most of her damage behind the three- point line. Ahri has a quick trigger from downtown and a nice shot release. Gregory is quick end to end with the ball in her hands and a pesky defender.
Monasia Clinkscales Monasia Clinkscales 5'6" | PG Westside | 2026 State SC and Khalia Hartwell Khalia Hartwell 6'5" | C Westside | 2027 State SC transferred in this off season from crosstown rival T.L. Hanna HS. Clinkscales and Hartwell both saw good minutes last season for the Lady Yellow Jackets. Clinkscales will play on the ball while Hartwell will protect the middle with her size. Hartwell 6’5 is an ideal rim protector and is just a freshman this season. Makyhia Paul Makyhia Paul 5'11" | PF Westside | 2026 State SC could be the glue to this Lady Rams roster. Paul plays active in the passing lanes when she is not looking to slash to the rack.
Wren HS (Piedmont) – Raina McGowens Raina McGowens 5'10" | CG Wren | 2024 State SC is headed off to UNC-Asheville after her playing days at Wren HS. McGowens enters her senior season with 1,623 career points while averaging 18.6 ppg last season. Fellow seniors Olivia Randolph Olivia Randolph 6'2" | PF Wren | 2024 State SC and Deyana Hayes Deyana Hayes 6'1" | PF Wren | 2024 State SC anchor the front line for the Lady Hurricanes (26-6) who lost to Camden HS in the Class 3A State Championship Game a season ago 61-45.
Randolph has played in 3 state championship games in a row including two at Westside HS. Olivia recently picked up some offers from UMBC, Claflin University (SC) and Lenor-Rhyne (NC). She really brings good versatility to the floor and the ability to defend in the paint. Hayes is kind of the forgotten person on this team at times. Deyana plays her best basketball around the cup. Hayes averaged 7.5 ppg and 5.8 rebounds a season ago. Look for Reagan Powell and Ava O’Shields Ava O’Shields 5'9" | SG Wren | 2027 State SC to contribute more this season to this Lady Hurricanes team.
