Earl was another of the noteworthy transfers from the previous offseason. The 2025-26 season was the first for Earl in a 4A Westside uniform and was a key name in the Rams’ run to another Upper State championship. Earl is also an AEBL Girlz product. Her junior season in a Westside uniform would see her play in all 29 games this past season while averaging 11.2 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.1 steals per game. Earl also gave a big boost to the Rams’ efforts in the 4A championship game against North Augusta when she added 11 points to the Westside cause.

The addition of Earl has paid massive dividends for a 4A Westside team that once again has state success on the brain. The Rams took part at the She Got Game Showcase at the Lakepoint Sports Complex in Georgia. Earl reached the 1,000-point mark as Westside earned an 86-61 victory over 5A River Ridge of the Peach State. As of this writing, Earl’s play has helped the Rams to an 11-1 record – including a non-region slate that has featured plenty of out-of-state competition. Westside’s only loss was in a 56-55 decision to 7A North Meck out of North Carolina. Earl and her Rams begin its region schedule this Friday at Southside.

Lefty combo guard that is a three-level scorer. She has a smooth pull up jumper where she elevates up and over the defense. Harmoni can slither through the defense and get to the rack by using her length and quickness. She can get hot behind the three-point line and be a huge threat. She is solid on the glass and defending as well.

From a Harmony to a Harmoni – Earl that is. Several time zones separate the states of South Carolina and California, but that is where this talented star from the Upstate received her latest offer. Cal State-Fullerton has Earl on its radar. She ran with AEBL Girlz during the spring and summer months of AAU and made statewide headlines earlier during the offseason when she transferred out of 5A Division 2 T.L. Hanna to Westside – last season’s 4A state runners-up. If she brings the 16 points, 6.3 rebounds and 3.2 steals she averaged last season to the Rams, her new team could be the last assembling standing among a highly competitive 4A field.

One of the first offers of the week was extended in the direction of one of the state’s signature 2027 prospects. North Carolina Central and its coach Tim Valentine extended an offer in the direction of Earl. She finished her AAU season with AEBL Girlz and recently announced that she will transfer from 5A Division 2 T.L. Hanna to one of the state’s premier 4A powers in Westside. Earl averaged 16 points, 6.3 rebounds and 3.2 steals last season for the Yellow Jackets. Expect her new team, the Rams, to once again provide plenty of problems for the 4A field.

Earl recently landed her first Division I offer – but one has to believe it will not be the final time Earl is offered by such a school prior to her graduation in a couple of years. It was an in-state offer from SC State. Earl has made plenty of news lately, not only via her offer from the Bulldogs, but by also announcing she would transfer from 5A Division 2 T.L. Hanna to 4A state power Westside. Earl has been in the varsity ranks since she was in the eighth grade and posted career numbers last season with the Yellow Jackets. She averaged 16 points, 6.3 rebounds and 3.2 steals last season.

Earl’s 5A T.L. Hanna team recently took part in a team camp at Coastal Carolina. Prior to said camp, Earl landed an offer from Division II UNC-Pembroke as well as one from Newberry College. Being a rising junior, Earl has a bit more time, obviously to make a collegiate decision than a rising senior. She stands at 5-foot-10 and thrives as a left-hander. A frontcourt force who can deliver strong finishes at the rim, Earl is versatile and can throw defenses off guard with her 3-point shooting accuracy. Earl plays with AEBL Girlz during the spring and summer months of AAU and is coming off a 2024-25 season where she averaged 16 points, 6.3 rebounds and 3.2 steals a game for her Yellow Jackets.

Any team that is looking to keep 5A T.L. Hanna out of the win column has to find a way to contain Earl. Many have tried and most have failed. During the travel schedule, Earl wears the uniform of AEBL Girlz. While she may be 5-foot-10, she possesses the rim-attacking skills of many a guard which is why she can play at the two. Rebounding is becoming more and more of a strength as well as the years progress. In 2024-25, Earl posted career numbers of 16 points and 6.3 rebounds per contest plus 3.2 steals a game as well.

On paper, a matchup between Earl’s 5A T.L. Hanna squad and 3A Pendleton would result in a blowout victory for the Yellow Jackets. That is indeed what happened as T.L. Hanna scored an emphatic victory over the Bulldogs. Earl keyed those efforts with a 13-point performance. Much of those 13 points occurred in the third quarter when T.L. Hanna turned a contest where Pendleton appeared to be in striking distance into a laugher. Earl is listed at 5-foot-8 and can effectively finish at the rim and has no problems drawing contact to get to the free throw line. Both of the Yellow Jackets’ double-digits point scorers for the game were freshmen – a microcosm of the bright future that awaits the girls basketball program at T.L. Hanna.

The 5A T.L. Hanna Yellow Jackets made a significant improvement last season as they compiled 18 victories en route to a second-round playoff berth. She wore the AAU uniform of FBC Motton United Youngunz as well as that of KST. Earl competed in 28 games last season as an eighth grader. She plays tough defense that can leave opposing ball carriers turnover prone and that can clog the passing lanes of an opposing team. Earl also displays her versatility in that she can play a variety of positions – including either at the one or two in the backcourt or in the frontcourt as a three.
