We’ve already talked about Londyn Campbell as one of the GameChangers, so let’s take a look at the rest of the guards from Team 3.
Aleah Hill
Aleah Hill
Aleah Hill did a nice job sliding in front of the passing lanes grabbing the steal and immediately pushing it up the court. She found her open teammate up the court pushing the tempo and making it count with her passes. She had some strong takes to the basket herself going up against contact and not backing down. She had some nice cuts getting open to get the pass off in-bounds plays. She hustled back on defense jumping the pass to grab the steal and protect the basket.
Kaitlin Ford
Kaitlin Ford
Kaitlin Ford did a nice job crashing the boards going after rebounds on the offensive side of the ball. She was flashing across the court looking for the opening, and she didn’t shy away from using her body to seal off her defenders.
Gia Wilson
Gia Wilson
Gia Wilson was handling the ball well pushing the tempo and finding her open teammates. She knew how to fill in the role that her team needed depending on the personnel they had on the court. She had a nice cut to the basket taking the handoff from her teammate and attacking the rim.
Zaniya Reddick
Zaniya Reddick
Zaniya Reddick was using some nice handles to change directions and blow by her opponents. She did a nice job crashing the boards grabbing the rebound and pushing the ball up the court for some fast breaks. She was constantly making cuts moving on offense and getting open helping out her teammates, especially in trap situations.
Caylyn Larkins was patient waiting for her lane to open up getting to the basket to score. Her ability to bounce off contact and keep moving was certainly fun to watch. She was using ball fakes to get her defender off balance and get by them as she found her open teammates.
